I want to know when does this 5 years count start from : 1. From Legal Entry, 2. EOI registration or 3. TRC issue date?

Does that mean that my passport has to have only been issued less than one year ago? Or is it ok as long as it has not expired. Also what about birth certificates, how is it possible to get a new one less than a year old? I don't understand this information.
Hi there! Thanks for your question. With regards to the passport, it needs to be valid for another year when you submit your request. So, you do not need to request a new passport to apply. Regarding the birth certificate, you should request a recent one at your place of birth, have it notarized and legalized. I applied citizenship before 5 month at artical 6.8 that time my residence card valid only 10 days after applying . It's problem after process or not. Now I have a valid recidance card.please reply
