Saw this video, decided to buy because it looked so easy. Hadn't been fishing since I was a little kid(some time ago). Finally went fishing with these lures - second cast I caught a fish. All-in-all within a hour or two I had caught 10 fish. Great video, very informative, great product! Thanks!

If you wanna learn some tips and how tuh fish watch this man's videos very chill relaxed and just cool. I'm hooked and subed
Such a fun day! "I never complain when I'm catching fish" SO TRUE! It's like the ultimate summer bait when all you want to do is get casts in. I like the barrel swivel idea! You turned me onto that for sure.
There is a much smaller Trout Mag I use on my fly rod on trout streams. It works great too. Trout go for large baits or small baits (flies) that a bass will ignore.
I remember the first time i purchased a trout magnet kit. Set up.....tossed it in......big blue gill in a nano-second!! Tried again. Same exact thing! Instant hit! Very Effective lure!
The small rainbow colored or the brown speckled castmasters are brutal for trout. I have slayed them many a day with that lure and as its name infers, you can really chuck that lure way out there and accurately. Its my go to, probably should keep it a secret huh? Lol. Kidding, share, and enjoy...the core foundation of a happy life.,🐟🐠🐬🐳🐋🚣🚤
Best fishing channel on TH-cam! Ive learned so much from your videos and they're very entertaining. Even my kids enjoy watching your videos. Thanks for the info, tips, and entertainment. Job well done!
Between this and your other Trout Magnet videos, I am convinced. Just bought a trout magnet kit. Comes with a ton of lures and bobbers and stuff. I'm excited. Hopefully they sponsor you, you convinced me to buy them.
I've done really good with the small white grubs from powerbait. Usually put a splitshot with a bit of line to the hook. I'll try the trout magnet with your setup
I love Trout Magnets and Panfish Magnets. I have caught at least 7 different species of fish on them. My favorite color is the brown on the black panfish magnet jighead. I like that orange and yellow one you used there too. I call it the candy corn color. I have always fished them under a small bobber. Going to try them with the barrel swivel and small split shot weight. Fish on!

That was very enjoyable to watch. Nice vid. I’m in central PA and I actually gave up on the trout fishing, it got so bad. Canoe Lake up here holds trout, but darned if I can find them from the bank. Trout magnet has always been my go to for finicky bass I caught my personal best small mouth on a trout Magnet came in at 5 and a half pounds it was a fun fight reeling him in with small tackle I gotta try that barrel swivel split shot method soon getting twist and not being able to cast very far has always been my downfall to trout magnets great tips and video!!
I like to use them for spring crappie fishing to myself as for trout fishing. I fish along Lake Ontario tributaries, Lake Erie and the Finger Lakes Trout are entirely too big they straighten the hooks right out or snap them in half. The jigs need to be a lot stronger for me

Love your videos we have Creeks like that here in Oklahoma also Unfortunately they are on the other side of the state from me but I do enjoy fishing those kind of creeks fun fun days your videos make me jealous I don't get to spend enough days out there
You have to try some NW Georgia spotted bass("Alabama bass" as of 2013) fishing in any body of running water.I'm originally from Michigan and lived in Northeast. They pull like smallies but they run a little bigger. Nothing like Kentucky spots or largemouth. Super small bodies of water, but they get massive because of the usual southeastern loaded forage.
I use trout a magnet bobber when using bait for smallmouth fishing in Lake Erie tributaries, it's small enough that it doesn't scare the fish, but big enough to not sink. I use a light rod and light line with one or two bb size split shot to get the bait down near the bottom.
Great tip about the barrel swivel + split shot, will have to try that out asap. That's always been one of my problems fishing the TM, I can't seem to cast it as far as I like. I guess it doesn't help that I'm using a 5'6" ultralight and 2lb line. Other problem being I'm always getting the darn thing snagged underwater if I use it w/out the float. Still trying to work that out since we're supposed to keep the lure as close to the bottom of the river as possible but that's usually why it gets snagged so much.
Waching that video makes me want to clean out my old pond and make me a fishing pond. I just realised I dreamed about me doing that. A nather dream predicted the fucher. Some times I dream of some thing and it actuly comes true.

Caught my PB Largemouth bass on a trout magnet. Bass weighed 4lbs. Took a long time to land it because I didnt want it to break my 4lb line. I've also caught catfish and walleye using the trout magnets
I've used them with my fly rod with some success. Rig them on an appropriate size Aberdeen wrapped in thread. A drop of Super-glue holds it in place. A small glass bead or sometimes a couple of them used as a "bead-head" for weight and you're in business. Weightless, bead-head, drifting, stripping anything goes.
Anytime I find creek chubs while trout fishing, I always cast back to the spot where the chub was, inevitably almost always catch a trout or two there. Chubs seem to be quicker to the bait, but once removed the trout have less competition.
Also I usually throw the chubs (much smaller than the ones you catch) in a place where the eagles or buzzards can find them like a shallow pool. Ha ha. Annoying bait stealers!
@@johnbolin1155 where I fish in Wisconsin I always use chubs or shiners I catch for bass or pike bait all I do is catch 1 hook I on my 2nd rod walk like 10 feet cast to the middle of the decent size pool under the dam
That's one of the biggest Creek Chubs I've ever seen. When they get that big, they can be filleted like any fish and I understand they are pretty tasty.
Nice,I have those with me at all times pretty much. Last weekend I was using them on a baitcaster with a light shallow spool,on 4'6" UL rod. Wasn't casting really that far. In order to get them to go anywhere, I needed to get used to casting them with a specific technique. It's a bit of a challenge, but I did land some sunfish and crappies with it. It's way easier to throw around things 2 grams and heavier. I was glad I didn't need to use a spinning setup lol.
Word of advice, dont promote Trout Magnet too much in any of your videos since you want them to sponsor you. If you keep praising their product without them sponsoring you then they probably won't end up sponsoring you because they figure "why give this man free tackle or money to promote our product when he already does it for free?".... company's will always tale advantage of free advertising. Love your channel by the way. I'm a new subscriber to it and love the creek fishing with light tackle. I do it myself for smallies all the time

Keep up, dude! I love your channel. It’s so much fun to watch you fishing. Better yet, learn a great deal from you about fishing. Much better than John B and AP bassing. They are flashy but really not instructive. It’s a matter of time for your subscription to reach their level!
I love 1st cast fishing, one day i caught my trout linit 6 in as many casts, and even worse/better there were a bunch of people catching nothing, even a boatful and i caught fish casting right next to their boat. Lmao. Good times
I spent few years to figure out this great setup then I saw your video. still want to thank you for sharing. BTW, it isn't a good idea to have small bass into aquarium. I did and eventually put it back to wild life

I know right
with the Chubb and smally s in THERE!! tough to hold any trout in that water I bet .. I'll look for that bait as well thxs HAWK!!

Keep up, dude! I love your channel. It’s so much fun to watch you fishing. Better yet, learn a great deal from you about fishing. Much better than John B and AP bassing. They are flashy but really not instructive. It’s a matter of time for your subscription to reach their level!
Thanks! I really appreciate that. I hope I can be as successful as them some day.
I did and eventually put it back to wild life
Nice work! I love that creek. She holds some good fish
Thanks man! Yes it does!
Nice! 👏👏👏 you make it look easy
One thing i dont like about these videos: when they end! Your videos are amazing
Thanks a bunch! I really appreciate that! :)
Love the new design and golden feather hook👌
Thanks man! Glad you like it!
Haha I've gotta be honest man, the ned rig catches anything. You could easily use any ned rig and have the same luck in that area you're fishing. I think this was an awesome video and I subbed. Keep up the great work!
For sure. Ned rig is killer. Thanks for watching!
Hey man, loving the videos, Cameron from New Zealand
Thanks man! :)
Great video! It's cool to see someone enjoy catching everything they can. By the way those creek chubs are actually fall fish.
Thank you! Yes, you are correct. They were fallfish. Idk why I was calling them creek chubs lol
What size hook do you use?
looks like such a nice spot to fish... nice video
Thanks man!
Thanks for the tips God bless keep the videos going
I need me a small lightweight fishing pole like yours. 👍🏾 Nice video too!

Nice work! Looks like a fun creek!
I'm going to try one with my fly rod, seems lite enough to work. Haha I just bought some land in West Virginia, going to be doing a lot of fishing there. I just subscribed hopefully I'll learn something about West Virginia fishing.
It will definitely work! That's awesome! What part of WV? Thanks for subscribing. I really appreciate it!
