You make everything look so delicious and beautifully presented on a plate. Just like my Dad when he was a Chef. He use to take great care when making our meals and presenting them on a plate. My Mother too is a wonderful cook. My Mum Elizabeth cooks Spanish food. love always

Dragon Rolls seem to change with the region. When I moved to Florida, they were very different than in NY. In NY they're an eel roll with avocado on top.

Wow, at first while watching I thought "Man, this looks so simple. I COULD TOTALLY DO THAT" But then Terada-san whipped out the avocado and sliced it super thin and then blew my mind with the presentation.
I mean they're a bunch of made up rolls with made up names anyway. Same idea as American Pizza, they just started giving things names and some of the ingredients became associated with the names but it does change from store to store.
i know some of the people were really tough on Mr. Camera guy, i say he is fantastic :) i love when he and Hiroyuki talk, and i say the more the better :) reminds me of old friends! lol anyway, very handsome looking roll guys! will defiantly be making some of them in the future! keep up the great work!
Omg I don't know why, but I'm shocked at how he took the avocado out. I eat SOO many of them and I always cut it in slices inside the peel and then take it out with a spoon. I always hate it cause I dirty two different utensils, but he just blew my mind. So simple yet so unbelievable. Haha Well done! At 3:15.
