Hey Max! I’ve been training using a program by Phil Mosley called MyProCoach. The program is the Ironman Intermediate plan and I have access to a coach online. It’s been great so far and highly recommend. They have plans for all different kinds of races.

Maybe take the caffeine gel first up or second gel. Caffeine takes up to 60mins before the effect kicks in🤷♀️

Interesting that you wear something new for a race. I never wear anything new.everything has to be tried and tested and worn in.
Shoes definitely stay the same but a new shirt makes it a little fun :)
