FULL MCU TIMELINE
Ok so the earliest scene in the entire MCU timeline starts with the prologue of Thor The Dark World. This scene tells the story of the Ether, aka the reality stone and how the dark elves attempted to use it to take over the 9 realms.
They are defeated by the forces of Asgard and the Ether is buried for many eons.
I'm using Eons because it sounds sophisticated and not because I'm intelligent.
From here we jump to Valkyrie's flashback scene in Thor Ragnarok in which she went head to head with Hela. Though we don't see the outcome of this we do know that the daughter of Odin was banished to the underworld and that Valkyrie went onto become a boozehag for a bit. That's not my words.
Continuing with Thor flashbacks our next scene picks up with the prologue of his first solo film from 2011. In this Odin tells a young Thor and Loki about the ins and outs of the 9 realms. This story is rich in asgardian history and it also recounts the war that they had with the Frost Giants. This ended in a stalemate that eventually lead to a truce that lasted for many eons...
Up next is the prologue scene from Black Panther. In this we learn of Vibranium and a heart shaped erb that granted the abilities of the black panther to whoever used it. It recaps how Wakanda became a thriving nation whilst the rest of the world lagged behind and also sets up things for that film.
Now you might think from here that we jump to Captain America The First Avenger, however we actually jump to a flashback scene from The Winter Soldier in which Bucky utters the infamous words, I'm with you till the end of the line. Steve's mother has just passed away and Bucky let's him know that he won't be alone no matter what. This would of course come to be a foundation of their friendship and it's a really touching moment.
After this we actually get into Captain America: The First Avenger.
You should pretty much watch the entire movie as it stands on it's own here.
We start with The Red Skull discovering the Tesseract in Tonsberg and with it's great power he builds the army of Hydra. In order to You should pretty counteract this, Steve Rogers is selected for the super soldier programme and he becomes Captain America.
Cap goes head to head with skull and the villain plans to use the weapons that have been created from the Tesseract to ravage the west. After touching the mystical cosmic cube, which we learn houses the Space Stone, the villain is transported across the universe to Vormir.
Left with little option, Cap crashes the plane carrying the weapons in the artic. Stark finds the Tesseract but not Cap and he is frozen in ice for a very long time.
Next we jump to 1980, namely Missouri and see Ego and Star Lord's mother driving through the country. Ego shows her his seed and gives her his seed too? Is that ok to say?
Anyway from here we go to the prologue scene of Ant-Man and The Wasp. We watc...

I think we need a new timeline video soon
someone needs to release a chronologically cut 50 hours version of the whole mcu
Look up the twitter feed of the person who put together the scenes in text form. Someone has actually released a 49 hour suoercut of the whole thing! 189GB but fkin worth it!
Avnish Hirani You should link it Chief
@Mattbrain I'm not sure if it's the same person but his Twitter handle is @timleftwich
A dude called ponodude did that. 403 GB file lol
They should. I totally agree with you.
Finally someone agrees with me saying Age of Ultron is very underrated
Yeah it’s amazing, the hulkbuster fight is incredible
@@heavyspoilers The whole film is filled with wonderful moments. Yes, it can be a little cluttered, but that doesn't take away from it. You can definitely feel the impact left from Ultron and Wanda on the team throughout the film, all because of each of the cast members bringing their superior A game. Not to mention, turning Jarvis into Vision was absolutely genius!
I still hate that ppl thought Dark World wasn't anything till Endgame!
I loved Dark World more than the 1st Thor Movie. No apologies given
@@luv2bevl1 I do like the first Thor a tiny bit more (except for the eyebrows, of course) than the second, but The Dark World does not deserve the hate it gets. Yes, the villain was super under developed, but I loved all the time spent on Asgard and other world's, and hearing Oden twl the story of the dark elves was just as incredible as him telling the boys the story of the frost giants
@@slamrahovart9024 Yes, Thors eyebrows were horribly bad in the 1st 1! 😬
The 1st 1 wasn't horrible, for an introduction. Just felt it lacked.
Like you said, seeing Asgard in more depth, Oden being Epic, Love Freya, the obeisance & mixture of Earth, 9 Realms.
Just EVERYTHING!
I wish there was a disc with everything in chronological order
This my friend is a masterpiece
Thank you
@@heavyspoilers thank you sooo much
Yes
I'm only at 3:55 and I already agree.
Bravo 👏🏽 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 🌹🌹🌹Bravo!!!
Imagine including the Netflix shows into it..You would be lost in figuring the timeline
Yeah scene by scene would be crazy, be about 100 hours of things to watch
@@heavyspoilersAlso I am amazed how you were able to cram all of the MCU into such a perfect timeline
Or puting the Time travel scenes from endgame into this.
@Why So Snappy ??? To be fair, the events of the films are canon to the shows, but not vice versa. The only time the shows are ever referenced in the movies is when we see Jarvis from Agent Carter in Endgame. The Netflix shows don't affect the movie timeline, and as of right now, Agents of Shield had to completely ignore the snap and isn't on the same path as the MCU post-Endgame, but that's supposedly changing in the current final season. Also @Jürgen Schuster
the time travel scenes all happen in the characters' present time so slotting them into older scenes wouldn't make any sense as they didn't happen at that time in the original timeline.
let me tell you from personal experience because I'm a mad man. it's one of the hardest thing ever. Thank god for the MCU wiki lol
"I haven't yet seen Black Widow, but you have!"
Not yet, sadly.

Cheers for the comment
Absolutely fabulous. Amazing. Thank you so much for doing this. Incredible!!
Thanks for the breakdown🔥 Love your vids💛💯
Ey thank you
Great work!!!
Great work!
I feel like Dr. Strange is a little bit misplaced. It took him solid months, if not years (forgot if it was mentioned or not) to go from 'just joined the magic bros' to 'fighting Dormammu'. Also the events of Ant-man and The Wasp happened just before infinity war.
Great video, looking forward to the next one! (As always)
Thank you
Great work on this one. Thanks 🙏
This was great. Easy subscribe and thumbs up.
Cheers

Great video Paul, had to watch it again after 2 yrs
You deserve more subscribers mate.
Thanks for putting this together! It was fun to watch and it gives us another perspective on this massive story 😀
Very deserved thumbs up!
Thank you
I think the moment that Cap left his shield behind after defeating Stark is the moment he became worthy to wield the hammer. He was almost able to lift it before but I believe he wasn’t quite ready yet. By the end of Civil War he was because he laid his life down and stood behind his convictions to save his friend.
He was worthy to lift it in Ultron, the hammer bears no weight, you either can lift it or not. Cap realised he could lift it but did not want to take the moment away from Thor
Well done! Very impressive effort!
Thank you
Great job
Nicely done. x

Cheers
Just motivated me to rewatch all of MCU films again
Awesome! Have fun
I like your videos man but your talking pace is a bit on slow side. Is there a way to increase speed in TH-cam when watching on a TV? 🙂
I love this breakdown!
You could've put the first scene with Betty from Far From Home right before the final battle of Endgame, but it's just a minor detail :))
I almost exit the video before hearing you say how hard you worked and would appreciate the thumbs up. You got it Def 😘
Ah thank you 🙏 you’re the best
A lot of respect for doing this
Thank you
You did a marvelous job at breaking down the MCU.
Thank you for the kind words, have an awesome week
Damn Def how I miss this lol I'm watching all the movies this weekend!
Enjoy! Have a great weekend
Good video
Thank you
This is great! Just one detail, Civil War happens during the first part of Dr. Strange before the car accident. Because the call Strange receives in his car says a Coronel hurt his back in a suit (War Machine)
Hmm...I thought this was a reference to the soldier that got hurt in the Hammer tech suit. IDK.
@@DonBakke maybe you're right.
@@pedropablop.t.799 its almost certainly Rhodes, they wouldn't put a throw-away line about a nameless character!
