I gotta say, as a native Texan, and Houstonian more specifically, it’s so cool to see so many of the British side of youtube coming and enjoying what we have to offer in recent years. I love that you guys haven’t focused on just bbq like many do, but instead have taken in more of the multicultural side of what our state has to offer since we do have so much influence from others on our food and culture. I know there’s a lot of gimmick when it comes to the size of things in Texas but there’s so much more we have to offer than that. I really hope you guys enjoyed your time here!

After what Chef Christine did, I’d love to see a new series in the future where Ben/Kush/Food Team make a dish, the boys get to eat it, and then have to recreate it without instructions. All the correct ingredients, plus a few curveballs, store cupboard/pantry availability if they want to riff on it a little and make it their own, then have Ben and Kush judge it

What amazing background music! This was a high quality video like most other Sorted Food videos, BUT I was blown away by the background music while Barry and Mike were cooking at The Blind Goat. It just really elevated this video for me.

Glad yall came to Houston! At the beginning you gave us many accolades. However, you stated our city was the largest in Texas, but you forgot one of the most impressive... we're the 4 th largest city in all of America. Glad yall enjoyed your visit!!

You didn't need to travel all that distance, you could have just found some local swampland and taken turns burning each other with a propane torch; that's the southern Texas experience in a nutshell. Hope you enjoyed your time here in the USA!

  • @smargaret11

I’m sorry. I love Sorted, and Texas, and I know the wording might have come from Visit The USA, but . . . I can’t allow you to say that Houston is “the most epically diverse metropolitan area in the United States.”
That is Jackson Heights in Queens, NYC. Famously. There have been multiple statistical studies saying so.

Great that you keep showing the diversity of food in the US. It's just too bad about the states government. I feel bad for the locals. Despite having family in Houston I will not step back in the state until things improve.

One little running gag I love in the USA is building giant chairs on walking paths. Small town walking path by the mountain? big city boardwalk? like a 1/3 chance someone made a giant chair. idk if that's just a human thing not a USA thing (too poor to travel) but it's a trend I love.

Why does Ben not know the difference between a Blue crab and Dungeness crab.... (look at the lateral spine) might want to stay away from Maryland for a while.
Loved the video though, loved the diverse foods and people there! (Though I'm with Barry "never can have too much garlic!!!)
