- Seventeen year-old Aisha Chaudhary was born with an immune deficiency disorder and overcame a predicted life expectancy of only one year to have become an accomplished artist today. Despite a serious lung disease called Pulmonary Fibrosis, her persistent optimism, extraordinary maturity in the face of impossible odds, and calm perspective on life's challenges have been an inspiration to many.

TEDxPune 2013 was created in the spirit of TED's mission, Ideas Worth Spreading. It will continue the Global TED's multi-year conversation about people's work and lives, present and future. Powerful conversations will get started this year in Pune and will continue annually. I never knew i can cry and smile at the same time, as a pulmonologist i totally understand what this little child was going through, pulmonary fibrosis shakes the strongest people, RIP angel, you had more wisdom than most adults, we should all learn from her. I haven't cried so much listening to a Ted talk 😔❤❤🙏🙏

I'm suffering from Tb(tuberclusis),my small intestine would blast if can't take care of me I also have lung infection but after seeing her videos I learnt find happiness as much as u can..im 16 nd so skinny ND my height is just 4.7 and I wanted to be a model and I also believe in miracles as aisha❤live in peace Aisha🧚♀Lysm😘tysm for making me smile☺

I saw this movie and I was crying on every moment of her mother.. how she doing well with this pain of her baby it's sooo sooooo sooo much difficult... wow, she really have a hard life. so skinny and small at 17. However, she is more spirituality developed than most grown adult, because they can't appreciate life like her.
Yes it is true that the problems you have, makes you stronger and more quick to grow.
But most important is family support. What is her family? I think they do the best for her, they are a good parents.
All depend from the peoples who rise you up, in all meanings, they can rise you, or put you down, even if you do not have any disease.
People have to understand that the happy kids, clever kids, are products from intellectual and healthy family environment.
