Between that corn head and the bin site y’all are having a heck of a time with equipment. I hope that bin site gets sorted out before next harvest. Glad the support has been as good as it has been for the corn head though.
Sucks to see DC so stressed with the bin site. And it’s not like it will fix itself I understand the frustration with not being able to use something you poured so much time and money into just for it to be a burden more so then an upgrade.
Daddy corn star, you are 100% right... safety first!!! I am so sorry that the bin site is not safe... I hope you guys are going after the people that built the bin site!!!
They’ve probably been advised by their lawyer NOT to fix them. In fact, I’d wager that they had to get written permission or sign some sort agreement to be able to remove loose pieces or even use the bin site while the lawsuit is going on.
Just a tip. Don't show the AGI address or phone number because people will call them and it will be harassment. Put it all in the law suit and let the law take care of it. Also get a safety harness for when you go up on the bins so you can hook on.
It has nothing to do with AGI systems 💁♂️ it’s the independent contractor who is at fault. So showing the name of equipment means nothing on the problems with the bin site.

I see DC is frustrated and I know Cole won't say much on his lawyers advice and I imagine DC is as frustrated with Cole for not fixing it as he is with the bin company. As most of your comments alluded to, I am so sorry you and your family are going through this enormous problem with shoddy unsafe workmanship. I wish you well in your journey toward a resolution.
My heart stops everytime one of you are up there. I would be fuming as well. I can't believe they did such shoddy work and used such cheap material. It wasn't worth what you guys paid for it. 😡😡😡.
Praying and won't stop praying over this bin site. God bless you all ❤💪🏽🙏💖🐝🐢
Their is a devil in the details on both sides.
The pieces that are falling off the bin site. Will make a bigger case against the company that built the site.
God bless your family!
Geeze, seeing DC that pissed, really puts into perspective how frustrating this is. DC is always cool calm and collected. So him pissed makes me certainly 😡
My heart goes out to you & your family! This is not right! I admire your restraint in expressing your frustrations. Praying that it gets settled quickly, so you can move forward and make things safe!
I certainly hope they have a lawsuit pending and it’s progressing.. if not I’m laughing bc this is just beyond ridiculous anymore. Even AGI owes them a new bin site.. nothing less.
Years of waiting...
@@Skay24 ur point? It’s been years of this nonsense lol. Just asking if they’re taking action and didn’t settle with the contractor
@@johnj2748 he already said long ago that there is legal stuff going on behind the scenes but they cant go public with it.
the bins themselves are oxay it is just the cat walks and the concrete i think
They have a lawsuite going but it takes time. I guess another 2 years before anything will be solved.
All the work you guys have done to the farm over the past 10 years must've increased its value significantly
2.5 million dollar death trap. Hope things get resolved soon.
I would probably fix the bins myself instead of continuously tearing off more pieces.
They’ve probably been advised by their lawyer NOT to fix them. In fact, I’d wager that they had to get written permission or sign some sort agreement to be able to remove loose pieces or even use the bin site while the lawsuit is going on.
Praying that you all prevail over this grain bin mess…❤
Cole, you're looking super healthy!
teal love that drier screenings
I thought when Daddy CS said, "some of the big shots know about it", when he was talking about the safety railing being bad, that he was talking about AGI. @@kevink4914
they already filed suit
@@kevink4914I hear ya but how much can a person take? Your advice is sound.
Not sure what I would trust up there to hook on to...
It seems craftsmanship has gone out the window any more
❤❤❤❤❤❤ I can truly relate
They have to live with this and face a judgment.
Just heartbreaking the investment and trust you gave to have the farm improved to have fear of using the equipment.
I agree with you D.C. 100 percent.
I don’t think that’s a million dollar project is more like a dollar project 😂😂😂😂😂
They got what they paid for. A site that size, should have cost three times what they paid.
Daddy Cornstar I remember shortly after this was built and you were topside and the handrail was loose then. I remember that you pointed that out. It was shortly after the construction was finished.
I'm so sorry you have to put up with that crappy workmanship. That is scary to think of what could happen. It seems obvious to me that these guys didn't have a clue about what they were doing. There is no excuse whatsoever for that horrendous work. That company should be ashamed of themselves & should never be allowed to build ANYTHING ever again. Hope you guys get everything fixed eventually.
If you put air on the on the bins when running into to them you will be able to plug the flow down to cause a plugged spouts and elevator legs.
I am terrified for your lives every time I see that bin site. I pray it gets fixed before something happens that can't be fixed.
Family and hard work. Love it
If any other Farmers have Grain Bins from this Company should call this Company to send out an Inspector to inspect their bins for these type of malfunctions in their product
Its not AGI it the contractor dealer that is the problem.
@@johnunsicker7440 If I were the manufacturer, I'd be sending someone out because it's my name on the product that's getting shown. Plus, if the worst happens and someone does get hurt, the size and breadth of the lawsuits start expanding.
3:23 - Making Corn Meal! Good stuff.
I wonder if your neighbors like your lights, or do they wish it would be dark again.
I feel it's very inconsiderate of them and he think its funny. Ironically what's holding the lights up is falling down, so maybe the neighbors won't have to deal with it much longer, karma.
@@rodneygobbler6279 I agree.
I’m sure it would be corrected immediately if the neighbours advised they didn’t like it.
Luv Cole's haircut. Argentinians, Cooper and the dad. What a famdamnly of farmers!!!
The wrong thing to do is wait for the lawsuit to fix it. It's going to have to be fixed regardless and you are the ONE who sees the potential for one of your kids to get hurt and you will be the one who will blame himself for letting it happen. Hire a crew to come and fix it and then you will know what it cost to fix that part of it.
I totally agree with you. Document all deficiencies, track all repair costs. It has to be done anyway and should be done before someone is seriously injured.
@@randykovalenko1236 Maybe we can get enough people to agree this isn't something they need to wait to do.
Bad idea you got to give the contractor and manufacture time to fix it. Many people have tired this and ended up losing because they didn't let them fix it..
@@johnunsicker7440 They should have never been paid in the first place and I don't think they were but as soon as I knew there was a problem and a danger to my family I would have been up there fixing it myself if I had to. As it sits now if someone gets hurt it won't take much of a lawyer to make it look to jury like they weren't fixing it to jack up the award amount and leaving it like that is what allowed someone to get hurt.
I see DC is frustrated and I know Cole won't say much on his lawyers advice and I imagine DC is as frustrated with Cole for not fixing it as he is with the bin company. Cole hired a bad bin company and then hired a bad lawyer on top of it who more than likely told him to not put much on the air about it and not fix which is both bad advice. I'd would have blasted the name of that company all the time on my channel til they came out and fixed it or hired another company to come out and fix it but it's pure luck someone hasn't died from this and if you don't fix it some one might. It's one hell of a price to prove you are right esp when it's one of your family that's gonna get hurt or killed.
I would be fuming over that bin site that's the family's livelihood God bless the cornstars❤❤😊😊😊
Keep railing about safety! My father in law fell off silo, after life flight and long hospital stay he survived. He was carrying sample with no cage.
So sorry you have had so much many problems with the bin site. I hope things get settled soon. Prayers for all of the Corn Star Family!
