My wild magic sorcerer polymorphed into a sheep at the tail end of the fight in the astral plane at the beginning of act 3. So the entire conversation with the Emperor was with Tav as a sheep. It was amazing.
in one of the early isometric larian games you could turn an enemy boss into a rabbit right before a cutscene where it escapes. later, in a meeting of big baddies you see the boss speaking, still in rabbit form.
fun fact, if you fight Minthara first in the goblin camp, use nonlethal attacks to knock her unconscious, you can later go back to polymorph her into a sheep right before meeting Ketheric the first time. You can then pick her up as a sheep, warp back to Moonrise Towers, and get her as a companion after having the sheep stand trial like here. All without committing to an evil playthrough.
@@elenalizabethno you can, and this has been changed so that you don’t need to polymorph her. Knocking Minthara out counts as killing her for the quest but now she’ll show up at moonrise since people were asking for her.
@@flithbrin If you let Arabella die, spare Kagha in the fight with the Shadow Druids, then save the grove, Locke and Komira will poison her at the party.
Haha, that sheep in BG3 had me cracking up! I never expected to see such a random and funny moment in the middle of all the action. Keep these hilarious clips coming! 🐑
Damn i didnt know there was more scenes like with that princess in act 2. I tip toed around the whole mansion, killing ketherics family members, and then getting night song. Im gonna need to go back and investigate more with my second character to catch these scenes
They thought they finally killed the last sacrificial Lamb, who was prophesied to bring end to them. But instead, they send them straight into possession of the One Who Waits.
it's odd that you can have cutscenes with someone as a sheep but most of the ones in wildshape the game just decides you dont exist. Few exceptions i can remember are the astral plane if you're in wildshape during the gith fight the guardian's voice will explode you in and out of wildshape everytime he speaks on the way down The scene with Oliver if Halsin and your druid are wildshaped will carry on but Oliver will essentially be reduced to a disembodied voice in a sea of feathers occasionally being confronted by Halsin's giant eye And the cutscene with the spectator accidentally triggered when i was a deep rothe and the entire cutscene took place inside my skull with my nose and eyes floating around blocking half the screen
She sure is looking awfully... "sheepish" 😉. With a "wooly" personality like that she could surely do better. It's like my friend Bob used to say... if you can't "bleat" 'em, join 'em.🤣
@@lazykatie42069If you miss out on Halsin, it means you can’t remove the curse from the Shadowlands. I’d say that is a big change. You can’t save Arfur, because he’ll be stuck in his weird sleep, and you can’t save Thaniel. Will Isobel and Aylin come with you if you don’t remove the curse and heal the land?
Minthara, in the scene where the PC meets Kethric Thorm for the first time. This is only seen if the Grove is attacked and destroyed AND the PC sided with Minthara and the Absolute. Owing to her failure to secure the artefact, Thorm has her thrown in the dungeons when she reports back to him in Act 2.
@@noecarrier5035 Actually, you can save her in a good playthrough after siding with the grove, and still have her in the party later, but only if you turn her into a sheep. I expect this video was actually taken from a good playthrough (google "Minthara Sheep" for the details on how).

Wait does wild magic give you *any* effect? Even accidental self-polymorphization?

It is hilarious that the sheep is called sheep in the subtitles. The fantastic reactivity of this game is commendable

Reminds me when I had Halsin in wild shape form taking up the entire screen as a bear in a cutscene. Bloody hilarious
Only reason I don’t keep Halsin or Jaheira is because of how many cutscenes they’ve ruined by taking up the whole screen in owlbear form.
@@MrFryTastic in my first playthrough i changed Jaheira to a PLD cause I was doing a good playthrough so i didnt get a PLD

It is, however, funny asf seeing a dinosaur casually talk like a person in cutscenes with no one questioning it.

I had a conversation with Halsin while he was an owlbear. His eyelids moved as if he was talking through them. I couldn't breathe for 5 whole minutes.
No children were harm in the making of this video, only sheep.

OK, good to know. It wasn't fun though, as far as facts go. More.... curious.

the truth is, everything in baulders gate is a sheep and polymorph simply lifts the veil.
When the "sheep" is speaking, the subtitles also say "sheep". This is just amazing!
I wish we could have that scene where kagha is killed by the parents transformed as a sheep frankly now 🤣🤣
I'm on like my 7th play and I haven't seen kagha get killed by the parents yet, but I guess that's because I always kill her?
