- Hi, I'm Tate Harris and this is The Daily Report. Today I talked about something that I couldn't have done 4 months ago. I've been working on self improvement for a little while now, and I'm really happy with the progress so far. Thanks so much for watching and I'll see you tomorrow.
TATE!!!!! I Think I can speak for a lot of folks , but we enjoy ur daily videos just as much as u enjoy makin em !!!
Tate, retired high school teacher here. Enjoy your videos. Just be ccareful not to burn the candle at both ends. Make your academics your priority
Your arms have gotten bigger, too! Keep up the great work!
they definitely have , musta been chucking that ice around over summer
You are so easy to listen to
I've said before that he should think about do "Voice Over" acting, too.
Tomorrow is a big day for me, Finally Right Shoulder Replacement Surgery. Your stories are great keep doing them.
Congrats on the new record time. Rock on!
I had no idea that I would become so interested in your videos when YT first suggested one to me. A few months ago I caught up with all the earlier ones I hadn't seen and on my subscriptions page you have been first in the list for some time. I'm glad you're committed to this low-key style and format.
Well done Tate.
I started watching your videos several months ago, and your content has improved. I particularly like your choice of filming locations. I have one suggestion: try to refrain from running your fingers through your hair. It's a distraction. Otherwise, keep on with your plan. You're growing as both as a videographer and as a storyteller.
Some of us think it’s endearing and adds character when he runs his fingers through his hair.
I actually like his hair and when he fixes it. I always wonder if it ever stays up 😝
You should be really proud of this channel. I love the format and really look forward to it each day.
I love open faced melt sandwiches from the broiler. Created a new one this week (from the bread up):
one slice of toasted dark rye (toast in broiler if you aren't allowed to have a toaster)
thin spread of Miracle Whip/Hellman's
a little honey mustard dressing
a little Dijon mustard or horseradish
ham steak pieces (sliced)
mild cheddar spread over the meat (optional - sliced tomatoes on top of that).
Broil on high in cookie sheet or broiling pan until cheese is fully melted. Serve with salad or soup of your choice.
I've been running more in the past few months and today I actually ran my first sub 10-minute mile. I know it's slow but progress is measured against yourself, not others. My goal is to just run a sub 30-minute 5k in another few months.
proud of you
Linear Algebra was a nightmare to me, but if I passed, you should be just fine lol
I like your mentality towards the goals for this channel. I, personally, think that that's the beauty of it here. I can't explain exactly how it feels, but it is something like facetiming a friend and listening about their day. Being "raw" and not edited is what brings that "comfy" feeling for me.
Proud of you improving your cardio and run time! Keep up the good work!
Life goes from hours to days to weeks and years and some issues take a long time to resolve
You are doing very well. Great to hear your stories and journeys.
Show more of your paintings! And share some of your jokes.😅
Nothing like a good tuna melt! 🤤
I had a tuna sandwich today for lunch.
I wonder where the Um habit comes from. Seems like you think in segments and the "Umm" is that process. Just a thought. Maybe, worth practicing thinking silently. And being okay with silence between thought which isn't as long as it may feel.
Good luck on the linear algebra exam! The food sounds good, maybe pair with a soup.
You must have set a new WORLD'S RECORD during that 5-K . . . you got back in enough time to NOT have to film your video IN THE DARK !!! . . . and, I just watched the "official video" they made for the song "4 EVER" . . pretty cool song.
Tate, i truly enjoy hearing about your day.
Congrats on 5k.
Supper sounds good.
Keep progressing.
Hooray!!!!
Tuna Melt cliffhanger! 😜
Well done 👏
Keep up the good work 💪💪
Love a good tuna melt. Tell us how they turned out.
❤❤❤
You mentioned that one of your goals was to stop using the word "umm". This viddeo I think you used "umm" over a hundered times. I probably wouldn't have noticed if you didn't mention it.
that's an odd time for a lab.
way back when i was in college, one of my classes had a lab at 3AM and ran to 6AM. the reason is, this was way back before PCs and the school had one mainframe for the entire school. this class was "operating systems" and it needed to run the whole mainframe. that was the only time we could access the whole mainframe.
You be Mega Cool.
Love your videos. You mentioned reducing your Umm's and uhhh's, try a couple deep breaths before you start recording and talk a little bit slower.
i would like to see on your channel everything that you do. when you run, i'd like to see it. when you cook a meal i'd like to see it. when you make a painting, i'd like to see you make it. you might want to do time lapse for those.
you should work on not saying "you know". and the "uh" should go away just like "um".
Maybe some days you go to the gym and other days you go for a jog. Hard to do everything?
🙂🌼♥️
Love your videos just the way they are . keep up the good work bro
🙂
