      1 Part Koshur, one part 16 mesh pepper (fiesta brand at HEB) and 1/4 part to 1/2 part cayenne). Post oak or something mild if you can get it. No mesquite! 150 to 200 for hour and a half then bump to 275 to 300. Pull just before ready, wrap, return to hot pit for 5 minutes then shut down it down or hold in cambro if you have a dense pit.

      Glad to see back to back in full force. I’ve been a long time follower on TH-cam and the BBQ Brethren forums since 2007. I’m still using the OG Butt Glitter to this day on my Butts. It took me a minute to decrypt the ingredients you posted on the brethren forums, but it was worth it!
      I’m heading to Academy this weekend to pick up an Old Country Gravity Fed smoker. I need something a little better than this pellet and Komodo to add to the arsenal.
