    But if you get denial and grace period ended ? You want to leave the country, do they give up a time frame to leave or you automatically go out of status

      the last day would usually be on the denial notice, if not speak with your school DSO and act as soon as possible.

    145 ? In the USCIS pages says it’s 800, that’s what a paid. When I got the recipient latter also stated the 800 USD

      The fee for a motion to reopen or reconsider with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is $145. The fee must be paid in advance to the Department of Homeland Security and the receipt must be submitted with the motion. We might be referring to different type to fees

      The I-290B fee is 800 USD it’s on USCIS fee page. I just paid my motion like week ago and my recipient letter says 800 also

    Hi, but what if I am married to a US citizen when i get that denial after my grace period is experied? do i still need to send that motion request or can i just send my marriage GC application and forget about OPT

      Depending on if you still want work right now and have the chance of a successful motion. You still have to file for Employment Authorization after marriage and during the GC application.
