Those days of joy laughter and celebrations! Some recipes are sheer nostalgia! Some recipes define who we are So many memories so many events attached with those bygone days! So many close buddies with whom we will never meet again!
I have been cooking this dish from my tender days! It’s over 50 years now. This recipe is fast ( 30 minutes marination) , simple but classic mutton recipe! You do not need bucket full of ingredients to cook it. Plus this is easy cooking and the outcome is delicious than any other Mangshor Jhol we are familiar with.
Try my way and definitely revert with the outcome.
You are free to cook without pressure cooker . In that case you will need a handi (Hari) and need patience while cooking to stand at least for 1 hour !

হুট করেই রেসিপি ঘাটতে ঘাটতে পেয়ে গেলাম চ্যানেলটা, কি সুন্দর প্রতিটি রান্না, আমাদের বাঙালি রান্নার উপর আসলেই কোন কথা হয়না। আমি চিংড়ি আম কাসুন্দি র রেসিপিটি ট্রাই করেছিলাম সেদিন, এত দারণ হয়েছে, এখন যেহেতু রমজান, সবাই ভোররাতে সেহরিতেও খেয়েছে,আমার বাবা মা খুব পছন্দ করেছে রান্নাটা। অনেক ভালোবাসা রইলো বাংলাদেশ থেকে, এরকম দারণ দারুণ রেসিপি আমার মত নতুন রাধুনিদের সবথেকে কাজে আসে। এভাবে রেসিপি দিয়ে যাবেন মাসিমা, খুব ভালো থাকবেন সাবধানে থাকবেন ❤❤❤

I am someone who loves to cook. I have always relished the dishes that I prepare. However, mutton curry was one such dish that I struggled to perfect. I have followed way too many recipes available on TH-cam (including the ones of some renowned chefs) but it simply didn't turn out the way I wanted. I thought of giving my quest of discovering the perfect no-fail recipe of a simple mutton curry one more try. That's when I came across this video.
This recipe is out of the world!!! So so so amazing 😍 I feel victorious now for finally having found THE RECIPE ❤️❤️
I cooked it in the pressure cooker for upto 1 whistle and then transferred it to the kadai and let it simmer till it was all done 😇

অসাধারণ। এরকম ই আরো আরও সাদামাটা অথচ দুর্দান্ত আস্বাদ এর রান্না দেখান। আজকাল কার মা দিদিরা আর পারেন না রান্না করতে। শুধু চিজ, মেয়োনিজ, বেলপেপার আর অরিগ্যানো ছাড়া জানেনা কিছু। এই সনাতনী ছোটবেলার রান্না গুলো নস্টালজিক। ভালো থাকবেন মাসীমা।

I tried this last Sunday and doing it again today !! The results turned out to be amazing!! Superb and a very authentic bengoli curry and very easy to make as well !! Although I'm not a bengoli but I loved this and I think ever I cook mutton it's going to be this way !!
