This vid needs to be forwarded to the Bears' entire offensive coaching staff.

McNabb is a great example about how to grow and groom a quarterback. Andy Reid did a masterful job of turning this guy into a pro bowl QB. These modern coaches need to take notes from Reid. Loved watching DMcNabb and those great Eagles teams. Just learned more about offensive football in these 15 minutes than the last 15 years

Give it time. Shaq and Olujawan needed to develope in the NBA. ALL rookies need time.

I always said if the offense fails it's due to the OC. The OLine was no help but Waldron's playcalling was like a kid playing Madden.

D, you were bigger at Mt. Carmel. He needs to grow two inches and put on 30 LB to stand tall in the pocket. I saw you make many defenders miss trying to take you down. It usually took two. On top of it, he paints his nails and you’re a bona fide South Side dawg. Few QB’s make it in the NFL, much less the sugar foot runts.

It's impossible without a good oline you can't do anything or develop anyone. If you have a bad O line you've got to have a good OC to get creative. Otherwise the quarterback drought continues here in Chicago.

The Bears should have hired McNabb as the OC if he’d accept the job. I can already tell Waldron is trash. This vid alone should get him fired. Incompetent bozo.

I see David Carr all over again. No Oline then they just going to break this quarterback.
