Plantar F...takes a long time to heal. I've had it in heel and arch. Only resting it speeds up healing. You can get away with using your foot but over time it will increase in pain. So as the game goes along it will be worse. This won't fully heal without resting it for quite awhile.
Well he's had it since the end of last season when he missed the final 3 games because of it. And now it's back after all offseason... he's done in Chicago
Odunze needs to start catching those contested catches they drafted him for. And for god sakes stop running DJ Moore straight up the field. He’s a quick hitter dependable hard to tackle creative ball handler that can get chunk YAC, he’s not going to take the top off a defense consistently unless someone is out of position. These guys should be perfect if we run routes to their strengths let them get open and let Caleb (try to) get them the ball. Waldron said he was going to run an offense to use our players strengths which is significant…. All I’ve seen so far is really bad Oline play, a QB running for his life, abysmal to no running game, and Waldron mixing in sub par talent that he’s more familiar with instead of using the best athletes on the team. The 2nd string TE has plays drawn up for him in the red zone and bubble screens out in space just for him and is out there almost every play instead of Kmet 😂😂… Herbert gets 2 carries in a game while Homer is out there getting a good amount of reps. I’d mix in those big tackles at Guard and see if they can handle a stunt or bull rush. Can’t get a lot worse in the middle rn.
I'm currently dealing with plantar fasciitis and I can't even walk at the same speed as I usually do, let alone run at top speed. At least, not without a tremendous amount of pain. I'm not a professional athlete but I'm not some out of shape slob either. If he's dealing with that then it can be a while before he's at 100%.
He should have surgery on it at sometime because it doesn’t just go away. Being a pro athlete, He should be able to play if they reduce the amount of pain, but it’s very unlikely he will be at full capacity for most of this season!
Waldron can't figure it out that Johnson can run power plays downhill. He won't kick plays outside. He'll run between the tackles and make people sorry they have to tackle him. Use him.
He didn’t start in college, played multiple positions, and didn’t flash the kind of ability or speed necessary to compete at a high level in the NFL from any film I’ve seen. And I’ve never seen him used as a workhorse to pound the rock and wear down a defense in the NFL. That’s a lot different than doing it in college, everyone is bigger, stronger, and faster and he’s too slow.
