if the cabin could rotate you could add horizontal naca profile and angle of attack to the cabin, it creates lift reducing wetted area, and reduces pitchpolling risk
no need for cabin rotation, just cabin inclination or even flaps that creates an airplane vertical lift, the ac72 i think uses the deck as stabilizing wing to make smoother foil planing and there is a passenger power catamaran with wing profile that lifts the boat hull. also proas should be asymmetrical to improve upwind windward lift, besides using asymmetrical leeboards and rudders
