Cata was in fact great. If only the tiers were spread out more evenly. The year-long drought as well as the in-part rehash of the DS raid zone were what fucked up the expansion towards the end.

Its certainly a step up, though not too steep. Bosses just always have mechanics with personal responsibility now. We're not quite at the required coordination of more modern raid bosses - yet!

Some people find it easier to understand by isolating the mechanic outside of the chaos of raid footage with everything else going on. Doesn't work for everyone ofc, but the visuals are recreated as best I can. Plus it's just a bit of fun
We're having trouble P3, our off tanks claim they can't stay away and grab the adds. So we're just getting butt fucked with adds and fire middle of the raid
Generally I write assuming 2 tanks, healers are as many as you need or as little as you can get away with for your raidteams skill level and the rest dps. Sometimes I will mention if Melee or ranged dps are preferred, or if you need a 3rd tank for a particular mechanic. But otherwise it is down to the raid leader to make that decision.
These guides are perfect if you know the fight patterns in general, but have a problem remembering every single mechanic the boss does. I was very confused when I've heard the whole thing for the first time. Now, after a few weeks of raiding, this is the perfect format of the video to remind myself what to do
I am convinced that you record about 25% slower than how this sounds. This would be more helpful if you let the video breath. Honestly, its troll video because while its fast, you can't retain very much from it.

It is a lot, but once you get a handle on it and need a refresher, it's better than watching a full 10 min guide for what to dodge. GL with the raids!

Cata definitely is a step up in difficulty and mechanics. Just about every heroic fight is kind of on par with algalon and HLK pre nerf IMO

Where do you get pictures of boss rooms and what program do you use to edit your videos?
Boss rooms I got from going into the raids on retail and getting the best angle I could. Editing is with Davinci Resolve

Depends on the reason why they think they can't. I'd recommend looking for a kill video from a tank pov and see what they do

I do not record any slower than it is heard. If it doesn't work for you, there are a few other guides available
