The Reason I Run So Slow All The Time

Today I just wanted to break down a few of the reasons why I've been doing so much easy base building running as of late. I discuss our move back to arizona, my new job, joining a gym, sauna, etc. It's a good one so I hope you enjoy. Would love to hear some feedback on the new format.
