Awesome video demonstrating the 'Jiggle Test'. The Lishi shows it off really well. Good old Tequila Dave, he helped me out understanding Mul-T- Locks a few years back.
Wow, I didn’t know about the jiggle test with American Lock, so I really got something out of this. Thanks for the great video. Your hands and my hands are twins. 🤘🏻😎
Nice! TH-cam actually recommended a video I wanted to see. I call it 'set bounce', but 'jiggle test' also works, and complies the fifth law of lock picking that states most descriptions of technique will likely contain a somewhat suggestive double entendre.
Awesome demonstration 👌👌 Lishis are great for showing what is going on in the lock 👍 And no, don't get a manicure 😅 would just put me under pressure as well 🤪
Awesome video on how to correctly use the Lishi tool to open one of these American locks. I have a few Americans (couple of 1100’s and one 5200) and I can’t open ANY of them yet…..
Deviant did a good video on the same theme, with a Schlage lock, a couple of years ago(th-cam.com/video/CUgleoceGI8/w-d-xo.html), and around 6:15 in his video he briefly showed a model showing the “set bounce” at work inside the lock. Both your videos are great and I’ve bookmarked them both for future re-viewing 😊
New subscriber, This is the best lishi explanation video I have seen so far. You did an excellent job explaining things without over explaining:)
Thanks and welcome 😎👍🏻
Great video!! Very nice demonstration!

Thanks Chris, gotta love a close-up 😁

Cheers J, thanks for watching mate 🍺😎
What cutaway lock is that?
Cutaway? No cutaway in this video
The padlock you demonstrate with before the American locks? Looks like a nice cutaway
@@willisscott4055 ah! That is a custom Wilson Bohannon made by the great Jimy Long
It's too bad the pin decoder chart isn't accurate enough to cut a working key.
