This is still not working, could you please help? I have a bluetooth mouse and i cant connect it to my Usb dongle. I did everything you did in the video plus unplugged everything and held down the power for 30 seconds. When i went to service and control panel is does show Bluetooth options but when i troubleshoot the Bluetooth it says there was no problem with it. Please help i really need to get my mouse connected, I been using a wacom drawing tablet to do everything

I believe you can right click on the movie or whatever you downloaded and there should be a thing that says "open with" just click that and remove it from notepads?
