Too many things to question on face value when considering our economy, however, it does not change how well it makes you feel, does it? Priced from R910 000 before options and can even shoot up well above R1 200 000 if you want all the bells and whistles.

Its been 7 months and I find myself coming to this review from time to time. This has to be thee best South African car review I have seen, it was classy, elegant and sophisticated which were all reflections of the car itself. You made us a part of the car in pov and gave us the experience in South African roads which is something we rarely find in an all roader perfect automobile review. Minor details of rear view mirror, side mirrors, the view of it in residential areas are all factors that gave this life to me. Thank you Sebu and good luck to the channel.

This has to be one of the best looking cars right now, exterior and interior. Merc has really improved the C-class. Every time I look at it, the prices keep going north of a million 😢, but you see where the money is going. Great work once again Mpho, you’re really cooking! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Sometimes they have nothing to do with knowing about the power, torque, speed, tech features, etc. often times we watch a car review just to get the 'FEEL' of a car. To be connected to the machine - but since 99% of us cant afford these beautiful machines, the closest we can get to them is via a review. And reviews by you guys are always better than being told by a friend/relative who owns these cars, they are not objective, they chose it & paid for it. But Coz you guys drive so many different cars, & you are not attached to the car (you ddnt pay for it) your opinions are generally fair. You give honest reviews (most times, at least). So when we watch and listen to you 'pouring out your heart & mind' about a car it really makes us FEEL a small part of what you are experiencing. And that, my guy, is what made this video special!

11:44 i absolutely agree with the low profile tyre combo with 19 inchers. I actually drive a w204 c180 Edition C and it’s exactly the same. My hope was that they found a way towards fixing but it appears even 10 years is not enough time to come up with an improvement 😅
I thought I responded here ey😅. I think they do it deliberately, sucrifice comfort for agility. It's better to have the 18" tyres for comfort but you will have to let go of the looks which is not negotiable for many people

I'd take the Sportage man. There is definitely something about it and Size as well🤔
How big of a difference is it from the previous generation W205?
Honestly, I feel it's a step above in so many ways. I was left unimpressed by the W205 after driving over 700km in it. The material quality was not that great for me. This has been improved in that sense and it drives much much better.
That 135 speed looks quick nice and smooth. I'm sure you don't feel it at all.
I like the diesel model though
Somehow, I missed this. The 1.5L in here is pretty smooth indeed. The suspension and tyre combination will make you feel that the car is moving. I think they do that intentionally on AMG line models, for the sporty feel🤔

The cabin isn’t well insulated though for vehicle over R900k I’m sure there are cheaper cars well insulated for this money so maybe merc is pushing people to more expensive options🌚

a benz with poor brakes and ride quality is a deal breaker
I don't think it's the poor breaks for me, it's the jerking as it tries to switch to the motor otherwise I can't say the breaks are poor, cannot argue on ride quality especially with the sports suspension

@@sebuwam Yes, in some countries the dealers have de-select sports suspension even for AMG models due to complaints from long time Benz customers.
Merc failed on the exterior design the car looks aweful on the outside honestly, well comparatively if you know what i mean.
I have a different view there. I think this is one fine-looking sedan. Infact, I put it up there in top 3 if not the best😅
