A few tips that I've used to practice Crane pose 1. You can use a swiss ball to rest your legs on to assist you with getting into this position. Start by placing hands on the ground, feet on the ball in plank pose. Then bend knees, lift hips up and bring the feet into your arm pits to get as close as you can into crane pose. 2. Use a band looped over a chin up bar and put it around your hips to hold some of your weight (depending on the strength of the band) and fold forward as you get into this pose.

The full routine mentioned in the pdf has deload in week 5. So does Deload mean like doing 1 or 2 exercises out of 3 or does it mean to decrease the no. of reps of that exercise? BTW you have a very impressive Handstand.
Do everything the same but half the sets you did for the 4 weeks of the program. Log your progress and simply cut sets in half. If you are doing 5 sets, then do 3. Hope this helps :) lmk if you have any other question! -Gabo
