After 40 + years of being away from the Novus Ordo, had I not the opportunity to access the internet, I would not have been given the opportunity to research Traditional Catholicism, and come to the conclusion that the Sedevacantist position was the pathway through which God would allow me to save my soul. There are benefits to the internet. We just need to choose wisely.

But the fact that the internet was invented just in time to help people find their way out of the darkness and confusion of the past few decades has been a blessing.
Yes, I was in the Novus ordo 4 years ago. I learned about the Sedevacatist position thru the internet. The internet is a tool, like TV, radio...etc. It can be used for evil, but also for good. The children of light need to learn to be astute as those children of darkness.
The internet is a tool, no different from a car, or a chainsaw. When used for good purposes, it is amazing. When people overuse it or misuse it, well, of course, that's a negative.
As a convert I think on the whole the internet has been a positive in terms of conversions. I would never have heard about Sedevacantism or any "type" of Traditional Catholicism at all if it hadn't been for the internet.
