This one, Chypre Rouge and Tubereuse Criminelle are my favorites. Serge is my favorite fragrance house, masterpiece after masterpiece, and they are all different and unique in their own way
Really love it too... would love an old bottle ... this & Borneo are on the top of the Uncle Serge to buy list 🙏😊

Hi Ramsey! Excellent video! Oh yeah, Sheldrake is Amazing! Up there with Maurice Roucel (as you know, that’s saying a lot, for me 🤣). In fact, it is telling that Roucel, Sheldrake, and Bourdon all worked on Feminite du Bois together. Also, Sheldrake created perhaps the greatest jasmine scent of all time, A La Nuit. If he ends up taking over at Chanel, we’ll all be lucky for it.
ps - not likely, I just looked it up, Olivier Polges is still quite young!

I think Sheldrake loves being master of ingridients to be honest... Jacques Polge had Demachy to help him steer the ship & now Olivier Polge has Sheldrake 😊

One of my fave Serge Lutens, the only "sweet honey tobacco" I have in my collection, very well balanced as you said.
I'm also hearing that the new Gratte Ciel is longer lasting that the old export formula, for what it is worth (I never tried the previous one)...

Very well balanced although the more it has lasted on my skin the more I realize the blend & depth is so out of this world on FM.. the slight sweetness doesnt bother me at all ... thanks for watching & commenting Joe 😊
Nicely done sir ,F.T is one I deliberated on for a while, still not sold don’t really know why god knows I like the not breakdown and your review tells me I will enjoy it but ,but sweet Tobacco scents I got and too sweet I really don’t enjoy I will sample I reckon,anyways ya nearly sold me Rams we shall see . Smell ya later fella 👍🙏✌️
This one is not to sweet... at least to my nose... masterfully blended ... however the dry down does turn a bit powdery due to the tonka.. still love it though.. would love a vintage bottle... one day 🤞
I haven't sampled this one yet, but given the chance, I will.

That makes two of us... I am sending him samples of my top ten frags and a few extras like The EDT versions of Habit Rouge & Vol de Nuit & he wanted an animalic fragrance he has never tried so I am sending him furyo 😂

Fumerie Turque. Yes sir! I agree with you regarding the bottles. I also will not get the 100ml bottles. 50ml are good and bell jars are kcool, I own three bell jars.
This is one I wish I didnt ho hum and kick my feet in the dirt on for as long as I did... oh well maybe a bottle will fall in my lap one day 😂🙏
Great fragrance! I find the smokey middle stage of Le Lion to be pulled directly from this fragrance (though I think I’m alone in this opinion)
Ohhhh i never thought about Le Lion middle being pulled from Fumerie Turque 🤔

I love Sheldrake. He’s a genius. I’m surprised Frederic Malle didn’t ask Sheldrake for a creation.

PS… the Grazielle (?) bottles are easy to handle. I had to buy a new Muscs Koublai Khan and it only came in the 100 ml bottle and I liked it much more than I thought I would.
