Yeah I agree, the fact asuna wasnt wearing anything under the sheets made me think it but i wouldnt have known for sure if it wasnt for the novels, they could have made a scene of one of them putting there clothes back on or even something hinting more at the fact that they did it. like in the novel they say its there first time so they could have put a scene in afterwards with one of them saying something like that
she's 17 and hes 16 but keep in mind that they have been trapped in a virtual world for 2 years with only a slim chance of ever escaping and that the average age of people in virtual worlds ranges from 18-21. Its a pretty unique situation.
When SAO was fading, she said she's 17 and he's 16 and they were trapped in the game for 2 years so it means asuna was 15 and kirito was 14 when they started playing.
The characters are in a world which is virtual and incomplete. Living in an incomplete virtual world hardly accounts for real experience. How could they possibly be mature enough when they fail to understand real life and all of it's hardships? Overall, the main characters feel much to be desired.

Its very good, tough it requires some watching, there is fate stay night, Unlimited Blade Works (the movie) and Fate/Zero (prequel) there is also a newer series i think but i have not watched yet aside of that there is also fate prototype (what they wanted to make orrigionally before they made the fate series) its all based on a grapic novel (i have yet to play/see that one) but they say that thanks to the huge amount of story outcomes its way better then the series.
