In Halo 3 ODST's Uplift Reserve mission you said there was a total of 38 vehicles, which is not correct. Uplift Reserve has, as you said, 7 Warthogs, 7 Choppers, 17 Wraiths and 17 Ghosts, making a total of 48 vehicles. That would make a total of 170 vehicles. Not much of a difference in the list, but still something to consider.
15 ghosts is way low for Metropolis, I usually encounter more than that just on the bridge section (using a Scorpion rather than a Warthog). There are also 2 additional ghosts that come in to the area with the lone Wraith after you kill everything, which you seem to just drive past.
Honestly I wouldn't have counted the Banshees at the end of the Package in Reach as "trick banshees", because you're very explicitly intended to be able to hijack them. There's one point where Jun outright says "Maybe we can grab a Banshee and bring the fight to them" and then the game highlights some jetpacks you can grab. So, personally I'd count those two or three specific ones more along the lines as being able to hijack Ghosts or Wraiths.

And the pelican that drops off marines then flies out of bounds on metropolis, if the out of bounds pelican in reach counts then the one in halo 2 should too
I think there were 7 on Outskirts, I remember there were also two on the beach that show up behind you, two in the tunnel that love to run you over, and then the one that gets absolutely fucked by the scarab's beam near the end of the level. But I think the 2 on the beach would only show up occasionally
Did anyone else know, that in halo reach, when you are in the underground part of sword base retrieving cortana, while defending the base, if you grab a jet pack and get on the top of the main building, you can fly up and hijack one of the banshees?
Actually, on the Spire on Tip of the Spear you don't need to "glitch" to get the banshees - you can get them by letting the banshees fly towards you and jetpack up to hijack them.
theres a fourth pilotable banshee in Assault on the Control Room i found when i was a kid. Right before the entrance to that underground bridge theres a wide open area outside with a wraith or 2 some shades and a banshee at its entrance. Before going into that spot if u have a rocket laucher then you can shoot underneath the platform at the beginning of that area where the banshee spawns and knock it off the platform to u before the elite can grab it. its really fun to use when going into that tunnel lol
I think the mission Halo on Halo CE has more than one warthog. Correct me if I'm wrong of course but if you lose the first warthog you get by sending it off of a cliff, foehammer will send you another warthog when she comes to pick up the saved marines. At least that's how I remember it
For Truth and Reconciliation and onward you should probably count the Shade turrets! You can even splatter enemies with one! I believe there are 7 or 8 on that level, and maybe 20 more after that in the remainder of CE.
For halo 2 he should have taken the scorpion because it spawns the maximum amount of vehicles for that bridge level. Bungie liked to increase enemies for scorpions to make them more interesting. He counted one wraith on that bridge but with the scorpion it spawns 2-4 at the tunnel entrance (been a while)
I feel like each hijackable vehicle should be it's own thing, and like the past, if there's infinite respawns, just count how many are there initially. Reducing a starting physical number of visible, usable vehicles seems like it's against the question of the video. Love the vids regardless though!
Halo 2 has a secret Warthog on Outskirts and secret Heretic Banshees on The Great Journey, which are usable by any player of any experience that does the steps to spawn them.
The Warthog is the greatest Halo vehicle of all time. It's the reason Halo is a FPS series in the first place since Bungie was looking at the Warthogs driving around in the original RTS version and wanted to drive them themselves.
Didn't you guys forget about the glitch pelican in metropolis that can be accessed by jumping on a wraith? The one that drops troops near the building attacked by the two wraith that crashes out of bound and that you can flip, but due to how pelicans are made, can't drive because you can't flip it correctly.

What about the Pelican you can ride in on "Assault On The Control Room" when you run across the bridge?? Is that considered "Unintentional?" Despite the banshee trick being counted? Warthogs on Outskirts spawn at various "Loading Area..." zones, regardless of the state of your original warthog. One as soon as you enter the tunnel, hit the loading zone, and turn around, there will be a Warthog following you in (Though, this may be the Warthog from earlier being forced to your location if you missed it) and another at the disabled Shadow, coming out of a tunnel on the left side as you drive through. In Metropolis, There's a Pelican you can ride inside of that will eventually fly out of the map, and crash out-of-bounds. Technically it's a Banshee, as it reads "Flip Banshee" after it crashes. Not knocking your challenge, but I'm not sure how good it'd be for video content because of how it'd vary a ton by difficulty. Like on Easy and Normal you could melee your way around easy and the only exceptions would be those spots where you actually *need* another weapon to progress (Halo 3 final boss as an example.) Now depending on the stipulations it may be more interesting. Like I assume no Bandanna skull as that would trivialize it, and if they were on Legendary that might be a lot harder as Ammo would become more of an issue

You forgot the secret Easter egg warthog on Outskirts that spawns if you go to the tunnel entrance and backtrack to the exit of Hotel Zanzibar. This warthog is special because it is indestructible, and it is a reference to the indestructible warthogs of Combat Evolved.
Forgot about the phantoms on Halo 3: Crow’s Nest. The first time entering the hanger, the phantoms that drop off waves of enemies, you can jump into the side turrets before it flies off. Just jump onto the tall barriers closest to where the turrets would be and jump towards the turrets while holding the ‘enter’ button (depending on your set controls)
In Halo CE you should add an extra banshee for The Maw, since you can fly one of the banshees that shoot down foehammer, using a plasma grenade to stick the pilot so he falls out and you get in
For Tip of the Spear at the spire, it's not a glitch to get the two banshees. You can just EMP them and hijack normally. I feel like all the banshees on The Package's final section should be counted as full vehicles since Carter specifically tells you to hijack them.
10:37 IDK if this was because of difficulty(I was playing Heroic) but there are a buttload of heretic banshees on top of rooftops that are there incase your current banshee get heavily damaged. No need to update for infinite since it has… an infinite amount of vehicles… in the sand box in the “levels” they kind of don’t I’d count each FOB as one vehicle and random spawn vehicles only on the way from one mission to the next
You’re missing one (I believe)! On Assault On The Control Room (Halo CE), at the start when the pelican drops you off, you can actually sit back in the pelican on the original CE game on Xbox if you time your action button right. Not sure if it works on MCC.
At the level assault on the control room, there are 3 banshees that can be obtained by a bug, the first on the bridge, the second can be obtained by scorpion or a rocket launcher at the location where the entrance to the underground part of the level. The third banshee (and 2 ghosts) can be obtained by a bug with a rocket launcher under the double bridge near the end of the level
There is a rideable pelican in Halo 2 on outskirts. As a kid I was into glitches and remember thinking that was cool. It flies you out of the city but crashes, leaving you and the other marines in a cloudy void.

You forgot the secret Easter egg warthog on Outskirts that spawns if you go to the tunnel entrance and backtrack to the exit of Hotel Zanzibar. This warthog is special because it is indestructible, and it is a reference to the indestructible warthogs of Combat Evolved.
The real question is, how many grenades?
How many bullets?
@@jaysmith3495 how many chip dubbos?
Can "Mongi" be the official plural version of mongoose
Forgot about the phantoms on Halo 3: Crow’s Nest. The first time entering the hanger, the phantoms that drop off waves of enemies, you can jump into the side turrets before it flies off. Just jump onto the tall barriers closest to where the turrets would be and jump towards the turrets while holding the ‘enter’ button (depending on your set controls)
In Halo CE you should add an extra banshee for The Maw, since you can fly one of the banshees that shoot down foehammer, using a plasma grenade to stick the pilot so he falls out and you get in
Love your videos
John chief 117 Sierra Mr halo?
@@moloney0218 Yes it’s me the Spartan himself
I love how he changes from mongooses to mongeese to mongi to mongoosens
These guys know more facts about halo
than the developers would know lol
The variety of mongoosian nouns every time was killing me.
next video: "how many different ways did I say mongoloneneeses"
14:42 oh god I almost spit my drink when you mentioned the flying dumpster hahahahaha
22:48 Bungie and "7" go brrrrr
I was hoping for a nice bar graph or even a table at the end summarising how many vehicles were in each game
For Tip of the Spear at the spire, it's not a glitch to get the two banshees. You can just EMP them and hijack normally.
I feel like all the banshees on The Package's final section should be counted as full vehicles since Carter specifically tells you to hijack them.
did you just call a cupholder a “drink holder” ?
10:37 IDK if this was because of difficulty(I was playing Heroic) but there are a buttload of heretic banshees on top of rooftops that are there incase your current banshee get heavily damaged. I would say atleast 6 backup banshees scattered throughout the level. This is just off the top of my head though.
The dedication to the differing ways to say plural "Mongoose" makes this video go from great to amazing
RS: no vehicle on Pillar of Autumn.
Pillar of Autumn: is itself a massive vehicle you spend the entire mission in
Man: Which term are you gonna use for plural mongoose
Eliah: yes
Cant help but notice they never counted the shade turrets...
I'm living for the evolution of the plural of Mongoose in this video.
Video starts at 2:10
Someone get this man a large Dr. Pepper! He's clearly dying from soda withdrawals with all his talk of fast food drinks and needing them in his vehicles!
No need to update for infinite since it has… an infinite amount of vehicles… in the sand box in the “levels” they kind of don’t I’d count each FOB as one vehicle and random spawn vehicles only on the way from one mission to the next
12:03 *BRUH* That ghost was rotating in mid air relentlessly and still managed to fire at the wraith.
The REAL question is "how many different ways does Elijah reference the Mongoose ATV in this video?"
34:07 Sloth needs extra storage space!
Aren’t there more warthogs in the second Halo CE mission that are given if your warthog isn’t with you?
Was thinking that myself.
You’re missing one (I believe)! On Assault On The Control Room (Halo CE), at the start when the pelican drops you off, you can actually sit back in the pelican on the original CE game on Xbox if you time your action button right. Not sure if it works on MCC.
Rocket sloth in 2027: How many bullets are in every Halo game ?
At the level assault on the control room, there are 3 banshees that can be obtained by a bug, the first on the bridge, the second can be obtained by scorpion or a rocket launcher at the location where the entrance to the underground part of the level. The third banshee (and 2 ghosts) can be obtained by a bug with a rocket launcher under the double bridge near the end of the level
confuzzled but i dont want you to waste time explaining. a video link would be fine
I love the multiple different ways he said mongoose as a plural. I think some ways it shows just how convoluted the English language is.
We counted every single way of pluralising Mongoose in Halo
It was my favorite part.
11:35 i like how he's _been_ saying Gauss hog prior to explaining for the first time that this is how its pronounced.
There is a rideable pelican in Halo 2 on outskirts. As a kid I was into glitches and remember thinking that was cool. It flies you out of the city but crashes, leaving you and the other marines in a cloudy void.
I love how multiple mongoose have a different and every time 😂
The amount of times he changes the plural form of mongoose is humorous
Is nobody just gonna talk about 0:23 right, down???
Out of all the pluralizations of "Mongoose" in this video, I think Mongeeth is probably my favourite.
Mongeesers is a close second.
If I remember correctly, there’s a glitch in Halo 3 where you can spawn infinite hornets, which would be OP if the no trick rule wasn’t a thing
Thank you for the mega video of 40 minutes of length. I appreciate it but also completely understand if in the future you split it into 2 20 minute videos for better ad sense
Omds thank you I’ve been saying it for so long, it’s pronounced ‘Gowse’ not ‘Gorse’ because funnily enough Carl Friedrich Gauss was a German man and also quite obviously where they got the name Gauss from for the Gauss cannons
I love the constantly changing plural of mongoose
I think my favorite part of the video was the amount of different plural ways he said "Mongooses"
I like how as time goes on, he decides mongi is the true plural for mongoose.
Then he had the audacity to go back on that commitment.
Mathematically speaking, The Covenant has 43 + Infinity vehicles. Yes, infinity counts as a number and it's for this exact reason, more specifically a cardinal number like X or Y.
love how the most replayed is at the end of the sponsored ad
27:00 i think in Winter Contingency there's a bunch of Falcons that spawn throughout the mission narratively acting as the 2, so i thought to bring it up since this was counted for The Ark :)
