That price is love I got a 87 cutlass out here in Arizona I got a 3500 n 4k quote on front n back seats . Most reasonable I found was 5k on full interior or car dash to back window headliner n carpet

You don't need to replace the center console lid/storage area to get cup holders, just have one made, or to be honest, you might want to try one yourself.
