I don’t usually comment on videos but THIS IS WHAT I NEEDED… been looking everywhere for information on each range and nobody had the details that you gave! Thank you VERY much! New sub xx
I'm so glad I came across this video! I've been using Kerastase for over a year now and never fully understood what each product does and how certain types of ranges have different divisions.... so insightful!
Absolutely outstanding description of each product! Thank you so much! Now I know exactly which shampoo I should use for my hairs, thanks to you ! A very week done, and please keep up your good work !
I know this was posted a year ago but fuck that was so helpful. I’ve never had someone explain their ranger like you did and it helped me understand and how to pick the right range for me! Super helpful thank you!
My hair stylist recommend this brand and I've been using it ever since. I'm trying to get my hair healthy after over bleaching and this has been the only brand that makes my hair not feel like straw
Thank you for the comprehensive video while keeping it short and easy to understand. I'm stepping into Kerastase territory for the first time, and ordered from 2 different places here in Germany to get what I think would be best for me (bain satin 1 and the fondant, and the colour shampoo - called Chroma Absolu now). You helped me navigate which items to choose. Thank you so much 💜🌟
Like 2 years ago my mom got her hair done (lightened/gray coverage…… that mom life stuff lol) she gave me a bottle that looks like the 5th one from the left, said it was really expensive, it was a mask. My hair is thin, at the time straightener was my only tool (getting better about that) got highlights 5 month ago, felt better after being cleaned with bleach…… I’m a guy, 1000% about smooth silky ridiculously soft above all else, no gel or hairspray or anything oily heavy and all that. That hair mask was the most incredible stuff I’ve ever used, ever
You have illustrated the different product families very well. My question about this is: If my hair needs color protection (Chroma Absolu) and strengthening (Resistance), can I change families every time I wash my hair or every 2 weeks or would that be counterproductive? How long at a time should I use a series so that it shows its effect?
My hair is curly/wavy and dry. I wash and style my hair once a week. I don’t want sls in my shampoo but find that products for curly hair don’t give me that fresh cleaned hair even tho I use clarifying shampoo time to time. I have one kerastase product the Elixir Ultimate L'Huile Rose and I looove it. That oil is the reason I want to buy kerastse. I’ve used olaplex for a long time and it didn’t do that much. I’m stuck between choosing kerestase or purelogy. And if I choose kerastase should I pick the curly one or the nutrivite one?
They have new version of color care Kerastase Croma Absolu. I have the one for medium to thick hair, and the matching conditioner for fine to medium hair. I really like it.
Thank you so much for this video!!! I always bought shampoo and conditioner for what I WANT from my hair, instead of for what my hair NEEDS! Now I know, I don't need density shampoo but discipline hair care :-D THANK YOU
May I just say you are AMAZING at explaining this!!! You have made me understood this better than the store reps I’ve talked to. I am just concerned if the specifique anti dandruff shampoo has sodium laureth sufate in it and if there is a sulfate free version? Thanks
Its sooo hard too choose.... i want densifique but also genesis. What do you recommend the most? My hair is extremely thin and i also dont have much hair. There is no volume in it but when i brush it, I also have quite some hairloss\breakage. Besides that, my hair is oily on day 2. My hair is still healthy, not dry, or broken, so i dont think I need a shampoo especially for damaged hair. Please send some help to this girll ❤️ ty so much xx Amber
@Bianca Mottram I use these too products too, I like it , but does your hair get greasy quickly too from the shampoo? Maybe I use too much shampoo, I don't know🙈
Hi! First: Thank you!! This is so much clear now :) Now, onto to my question: Can I use the Genesis and the Chronologiste at the same time? And alternate between them? -
Amazing video. Problem is I have keratin treated, highlighted hair, that’s oily at the roots and can get a little dry at the ends. Also , thick. I don’t know where to start! 😭
Excellent description, ty. But the elixir oil can we use that for heat protection or before straightening? My hair stylist told me not to use serum as such or oily thing as it will fry hair
Yaaaaaaay another Ozzy like me You go Girl 💪 can you use 2 at once like the green and the purple also for those who have done keratin treatment ??? Also do you sell online??
Thank you so much for this descriptive video!🙏🏼 I am so indecisive though, if you wouldn’t mind helping me with a recommendation? I have thin, fine, hair that needs volume but I also have itchy scalp with dandruff. Which one would you recommend?
Fantastic video, still confused I have bleached platinum blonde hair it's very thin greasy roots and dry ends. Hair fall is also a problem for me as well as it being dull. Purple shampoo tend to stain my hair help which one would you advise xx
I am planning to buy the shampoo but have a few problems deciding. One, I have recently transitioned from blonde to ginger, my hair is breaking and has split ends, never been like this so have no idea what's happening. Second, my scalp is quite sensitive as is my nose (can't stand perfume). What should I go for? Bain extentioniste? Bain satin? Bain architecture? 😔
Hi thank you for the amazing review! I have a little bit of trouble on choosing a shampoo I have oily scalp my hair is frizzy and dry ends that I would like to have it more hydrated… which shampoo would I be able to use please?
I would definitely suggest Bain Divalent (Balancing) Shampoo for yourself, and then you could team if up with either Kérastase Discipline Fluidealiste Fondant or Lait Vital if your hair is more on the finer side! We also just did a video on dealing with oily scalps and dry ends, if that would be useful: th-cam.com/video/7-cxLVrxHPY/w-d-xo.html
Hi , great video!! But I have a question. I have an oily scalp but my hair is color treated. What do you think I should use? Regardless if it’s Karaste brand or not
Hey, i am really struggling with the decision on which series i should get. I have long, curly and dry hair. When they grow longer the ends always end up getting spliss. I also lost a lot of thickness probably because i straighten them once a week. What do you recommend? Would appreciate any advice so much 🙏🏼 greetings from Germany
Could you PLEASE help me figure out what to get for my mom for Christmas? She has a dry scalp, dry hair and lack of volume. I thought maybe the Chronologist range but I’m not sure. What line from Kerastase would you recommend??🙏🏼
I think I have a problem. My scalp and my hair itself is an idea more oily than usual. Because I'm a teenager, right now it's normal to have a greasy scalp, etc. I wash my hair every day, but I also want to have volume. Which Kerastase shampoo should I use?
Hi My hair is very long but very dry in the length and oily in scalp. Due to the dryness my hair breaks from the length so which range of this product do you recommend?! Thanks I use Bondi boost atm and no improvement noticed
Love your video about Kerastase products, question I need to ask my hair is fine, coloured and mature, short time which would be best looking to grow it a bit long need help
I had hair falling, it now stopped but my hair become really thin. That densifique can make it thicker back? Or it’s just you feel them thicker? Should I use genesis (even though they don’t fall anymore) maybe?
I really want to try this but I don't know which one, so my scalp gets painful after 3 to 4 days without washes, its fine, breaks, dont grow and frizzy... I used to colour my hair every colour but now gone brown to try save my hair... please help xx
Hi, i love you chanel. My question is i have hair loss and oily scalp. I need something for thickness and for stopping the hair fall. I have genesis shampoo, but i don't know what else to buy.
Hi I have virgin wavey kinda curly hair .. I need moisture and I'm protien sensitive. I have the elixir love it but I have noooo idea what deep conditioner to use. If you could recommend a hair mask for me. It's med to thick hair. Please and thank you for your help!
Help!! 60 yr old, long hair that is falling out , my scalp has a burning sensation even though I have had ZERO process in 4 years. No overly oily just regular but the length is dry and frizzy. No dandruff nothing unusual just what I mentioned.
Depending on your budget, yes you could buy multiple shampoos and switch them out every 2nd shower. But you could also just start with 1 or 2, that are the most important issues to you. We recommend washing twice in one go, for example #1 could be an itchy scalp shampoo, and #2 could be a coloured shampoo. Totally depends on what's most important to you! If you need more help feel free to reach out to our live chat experts! www.adorebeauty.com.au/contact-details.html
I got the dicipline shampoo and mask after my keratin treatment which is great, but also she got me elixir serum which is oily.. doesnt that affect my keratin negatively??
Is it ok to mix products from different lines? For example my hair if naturally blonde, fine/thinning out at the ends, wavy and gets frizzy very easily as well as struggling in damp or humid weather. It seems to look more damaged recently I think because I’m not finding the right products for my needs. Could I for example… use densifique shampoo to help thicken my hair to feel less thin/fine and then use resistance conditioner to help strengthen and repair, followed by discipline thermique to protect it from blow drying and help it to behave and be less frizzy / reacting to humidity? Is that possible? Can I mix them like that? Please help meee 😂 tia!!
What is the reason for the shampoos to have sulphates? Specifically the “Bain Hydra-Fortifiant Shampoo” & the “Bain Divalent Balancing Shampoo.” I can’t decide which product is best for my hair situation? I have very fine hair, my roots get oily but my ends are dry and I also have a lot of fall out. What would you suggest?
Nice video 🖤 is densifique shampoo with silicones? Cause id like to try it (i have fine straight hair), but when i use shampoo with silicones i dont like my hair :(
Hello kerastase professionals. I have been using kerastase for a long time. Lately I feel like my hair is overloaded with protein because I have used different masks a lot. Can you please recommend something to get rid of it .appreciated. millions thanks
You might find a scalp scrub, purifying shampoo or 'deep clean' useful to get rid of product build up! The Kérastase Specifique Balancing Shampoo might be a good option, otherwise Kevin Murphy, Christophe Robin and Eleven have good options. I talk about it in more detail here: th-cam.com/video/7-cxLVrxHPY/w-d-xo.html :)
Hi, I once used Bain Prevention due to hair fall then switch to other brands. Now noticed the hair fall is getting more serious than before, should I use back Bain Prevention or try Genesis?
It might be worth trying out Genesis since it's main focus is hair fall! Unless Bain Prevention worked really well for you previously - then I would continue with it. However keep in mind, hair fall can be caused by lots of different reasons, so if it's getting serious it may be worth seeing a professional to get to the root of your hair fall (pun intended) x
No shade to the company, and you explain each one BETTER than they do on their website

Thank you SO much for the feedback!! ❤️ We’re super glad you’ve found the info you need x
I really like how you lined up all the products and then described each perfectly. Great job!
THIS IS EVERYTHINGGGGGGGGG i am well versed in marketing/beauty but wow could not for the life of me wrap my head around this brand LOL
I'm so glad I came across this video! I've been using Kerastase for over a year now and never fully understood what each product does and how certain types of ranges have different divisions.... so insightful!
I'm so glad you found it useful! Kerastase has so much goin' on! 😆
Bleached girls & guys - Blond Absolu is the best in the market that could save your hair! I’d choose Kerastase over Olaplex any day. Love it!
Millie is the BEST. Kerastase is so confusing and this has been fantastic.
I love it! Very informative and interesting as well. I’ve just ordered my first Kérastase packet, so excited to get into it lol
Hi 😊 im in my 70s ..ive been using Kerastase prouducts for many yesrs ..i love their Products ..they Smell divine ❤
I love love the Chronologiste line (black) and the Elexir conditioner (beige)! The blue shampoo (lilac bottles) is also not bad. I love it.
Is the Chronologiste or Elixir hydrating and good for dry kind of hair?
@@alm621I tried the chronologiste shampoo and masque, it made my hair more dry.
@@alm621I guess it depends because I have naturally very dry hair and I found Chronologiste very moisturizing. I like it!
Absolutely outstanding description of each product! Thank you so much! Now I know exactly which shampoo I should use for my hairs, thanks to you !

I wish you talked about Oleo Relax but I'm glad you said the difference between the the Resistance ranges.
oleo relax is discontinued right? (dark orange)
@Lim Wowo No they still make it.
I always just go for the blue range because I am blonde. And the purple range of course. Maybe one day, one day, I will try something different...
Wow Making me hungry .Sounds like you are describing desserts! Great description thank you

What is the reason for the shampoos to have sulphates? Specifically the “Bain Hydra-Fortifiant Shampoo” & the
“Bain Divalent Balancing Shampoo.”
I can’t decide which product is best for my hair situation? I have very fine hair, my roots get oily but my ends are dry and I also have a lot of fall out. What would you suggest?
Because sulfates do a much better job of cleansing and work very well in hard water which most people have.
Hi. Like your video. Just want to understand Bain dilavent, there is a glycine and another version is amino acid. What’s the difference ?
Ah yes - that would just be the packaging refresh! Same amazing formula, either bottle from the front will do the same thing :)
thank you
So they have only one sulfate free shampoo?

Bain prevention is not mentioned here? For hair loss?
Bain Prevention is included in the "Specifique" range :) it's a great shampoo for thinning hair.
Also you didn't speak on the sulphate free one
So helpful
Is it okay to use shampoo of one range and mask of another range? Or does that not help with kerastase products?
Totally fine! Pick and choose which ones work for your hair :)
