I saw them live TWICE when they were touring to support the EATHY album. The first venue was a "dive" kind of bar/club and they sounded OK. The second was at a new Theater that was "State of the Art" as far as accoustics. It was by far the best concert I EVER attended. You could here every note, the mix was perfect and nothing was overpowering. I've never heard anyone sound that good live before. It really showed how much talent these girls have. I really miss the original VS :(
Thank you so much for uploading. Eight arms is probably my favorite album in general. Even though I was born the same year it came out. Veruca salt rules
They did all kinds of stuff in those platforms. I saw the making of volcano girls video and they did all those bungee stunts in them. I suppose after that it was cake.
Louise looks smokin' hot here, as always. A beautiful woman of rock music. Louise and Sarah McLachlan, (IMO) two of the most beautiful women ever. Thanks for posting this. VS rules.
Don't get me wrong, the show at the Webster in Hartford was good but the sound system was horrible. The sound system at the SNET was certainly worthy of VS, and it really made the show outstanding.
Young and pretty, heavy and going through childbirth, or in any way shape or form...I have always been in love with Louise Post. Please get divorced and marry me, Louise. There is just something about a woman that can play guitar, handle the solo work, and be a lead vocalist that turns me on.... I LOVE YOU, LOUISE!!! Love it that Louise and Nina got the band back together. During the 1990's Veruca Salt and The Smashing Pumpkins (both from Chicago, somehow) were the only bands I liked because that garbage called grunge got so big and ruined my true musical love, thrash metal. Now, thrash metal is back, my favorite thrash metal band, Kreator, is leading the way as the world's best thrash metal band, and Veruca Salt and Billy Corgan are again putting out new music. Thanks for the death of grunge and thanks to Nina, Louise, and Billy for making more music. Good times, finally. We old people bitch a lot...I know.
This makes me happy. I ran home from school to watch this on the day it aired.
Louise says "there's always a solo career after Veruca Salt" to Nina at the end of the clip.
How sadly prophetic.
Right!
I thought the same thing wen yo mum did that thing to me that we don't talk about
I love them!
Nina and Louise were a great team. Great music.

Rare song to play on a tv show.
Those shoes!! I don't know how they played in them.

love these girls.
a positive rosie video for me...? wow
a first for everything.
very sweet talented ladys that kick assxxxxxxxxx
Love this song
GREAT live version of a very under rated VS song! Tempo is great, vox spot on, guitars sound heavy and drummer kills it
Que increible tocan, y son chicas
Sounds like a tube screamer! 🤘🏼
...at the peak of their powers
Nina's guitar sound on this is pretty damn awesome, very heavy!
I remember recording this on vhs lol
Charming. Bizarre, but charming. How did Rosie ever have a show? Its like from a time when Armagedden was near. Love the Salt tho.
Seminal record for me. Oh, to have '96 and '97 back. Fuck, '94.
Oh shit. Just watched it all the way thru. You can tell it was about to be over.
“C’mon over ladies!!” 2 hot chicks, everybody knows what Rosie’s thinking.
NO shit! How prophetic!
@kristar31 lol too true
cant hear nina guitar
the guys in the band have no attention haha

Has Nina simply retired from music? She seemed to fall of the radar years ago.

MPetrozzaIsGod lol I feel ya on what makes Louise so beautiful. Love Kreator btw. I love Grunge too ;)
as much as i love the music they do suck live, and i say this with love >.>
They aren't so bad on a big stage with proper "roadie" sound techs. But i do agree, and to me that is some of their charm.
very harsh. this is actually very well done. tempo is perfect, vocals are spot on, guitars are heavy and the drummer kills it
It isn't so much that they suck live as it is the mix is horrible. It usually is on TV shows
To be very clear. Im only watching this for VS...not Rosie under any circumstances
Thanks for clearing that up 🙄
This mix sucks. Seen them open for Live back when and they sounded great then.
