Let me tell you as a newer real estate agent I have learned so much through your videos in the last 24 hours that you got me thinking I know what to look for now..lol. I'm so appreciative of your knowledge and explanations that I have a date with your videos for the rest of the weekend. I have a client under new construction contract that is now at the plumbing/ hvac stage/electrical. I might have to try to look now that you've given me an eye once it's time for that part of the inspection! Keep them coming my friend!

At 3:42 that laundry is similar to one I installed in one of my rentals where there was no way to do a traditional dryer exhaust. There are machines that use what is known as condensing drying, the moisture is extracted and sent down the drain. Look up Whirlpool model # WFC8090GX for an example - and this model does require that 240V receptacle.
in the last segment where you are showing the proper concealed chases, the non-papered insulation is unmarked (dark grey) with R value, was there something else that made that installation ok (ie industry knows dark grey = a certain R value) ? or was all the insulation had to be redone? thanks
That exhaust fan issue I see that a lot ,I hear the chirp of the smoke detector I bet what happened when they spray paint the walls etc.. it cooks the sensor on the smoke detector .

I'm familiar with ventless dryers sir. I just needed to know if that was the case or did they just miss installing the dryer exhaust duct.

On the stairway headroom one did you do the framing inspection? I would think that should have been caught before final.
You're correct. It should've been caught on the rough inspection.
