Aside from the entry into the first loop, the ride doesn't seem nearly as jarring as I expected. Schwarzkopfs and shoulder harnesses is not a good combination, but at least this still seems enjoyable with a little bit of defensive riding.
I'm still holding out hope that *someday* in the future, however many years that may be, this ride would return to running trains with just lap bars.

We really got jerked around. It left me with bruises on my arms and the side of my neck. My husband has a sore shoulder.
