If it was a sin to own things, Jesus wouldn’t have told the ruler to sell his things because the buyer would then be sinning.

Jesus had large crowds following Him until He began preaching on s!n and repentance. They loved Him as long as He was feeding them, and doing miracles, but as soon as Jesus began teaching about turning away from s!n, the crowds departed from Him, saying, “His sayings are hard, who can hear them?”. Jesus asked the disciples if they were going to leave Him too, and they said “No LORD, You are the only One who has the truth”. People don’t like the truth, and that’s why they call the truth “hate speech”. Just because you hate the truth doesn’t make it “hate speech”. God’s Word is not hard, it just doesn’t appeal to our flesh. That’s why Jesus says we must be spiritually reborn and indwelled by the Holy Spirit, so that God can transform our heart and mind, and give us a heart that loves God’s Word, that loves what God says is righteous, because God’s power is the only way to overcome the desires of our flesh. When God makes us a new creature in Christ, we have a greater desire to please God in our heart than the desire to please our flesh, because God puts a love for righteousness in our heart. A clear reading of genesis shows that the serpent told the truth. god said that if they ate of the tree, "in that day they would surly die" they did not die in that day, and lived for hundreds of years (which is impossible, so a year for them must have been a month.

This can be reduced to one simple question, whether to compromise the word of God or to remain faithful to His word. Those who choose to compromise the word often try to complicate it in an effort to hide their true intentions but once you give compromise a place it becomes like the leaven which leavens the whole lump. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Don’t give him accommodations in your heart!

What's sad is that AiG has been using a twisted version of the Bible, the ESV, to satisfy some Christians that joined their organization. John 6:47 KJV "He that believeth *ON ME* hath everlasting life." ESV "whoever believes has eternal life." Luke 4:4 KJV "Man shall not live by bread alone, *but by every word of God.* " NIV "Man does not live on bread alone." NASB "Man shall not live on bread alone." NWT "Man must not live by bread alone." ESV ‘Man shall not live by bread alone.’” There are a great many other changes to the Bible by the ESV. They claim many English Bibles are fine, but Christians notice they are saying different things, that hence they're not fine, and that AiG is implying that God did not really preserve His Word - we'll have to go with modified copies, and any modification will do.
Christians should have no problem believing God can preserve His Word. And they should know that God promised to preserve every one. Hence any claim that "all these Bibles are fine" is contrary to God and His Word. You will notice the KJV gets attacked by everyone, and it's almost exclusively the "KJV people" that attack all the others - this should make you take notice. This is not about "KJV" only - it's about God's Preserved Word only. Those who adhere to KJV believe that God preserved His written Word, every Word, as promised. Those who attack the KJV do not. And THAT is the real difference between the KJV and anti-KJV crowd, which again should get the attention of those who are truly born again by the Spirit of God. To any born again believer in God, it should be a given that they'd like to have, as accurately as possible, exactly what God had written in the Scriptures, word for word. They would rather not have instead a paraphrased copy by someone letting you know instead in their own words what God said, or even corrupted versions where things were deceptively changed, added or deleted. Well God did promise to preserve His Word, word for word, and many do not seem to realize it. Matthew 5.18 *_"For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled."_* A jot or tittle is the smallest part of one letter in the Hebrew alphabet, which distinguishes it from other letters. Psalms 12.6-7 *_"The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever."_* God right there promised to preserve His Words. That means every one of them. Matthew 4.4 *_"But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God."_* Every word. Not every paraphrased or modified version of what someone says that God said.
So finally God even warns about adding to or taking away from God's Word, so any claim there are new revelations that came after the NT is also deception and goes against God's Word. *_"For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."_* Revelation 22.18-19 *_"Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you."_* Deuteronomy 4.2 *_"Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Perversions were already being attempted to be inserted even back in the days of the apostles, and there are letters that warn about it. So there have long been perverted Greek and Hebrew texts, but they've been marked and avoided then as well, hence hardly used. In the past century, more and more English "bibles" have been showing up, creating great confusion (God is not the author of confusion). So concerning all these English "bibles", what you'll notice is most "scholars" or people who have an opinion on the matter will instead act like any English Bible you pick is fine - this alone shows - such a person does not think God preserved His Word - such a person does not want God's Word, word for word Scholar or not, this makes their opinions worthless as they've already shown themselves to be unbiblical. Since in the past hundred years or so hundreds of English bibles have come onto the scene, it's clear deception is the spiritual motive whether people realize it or not. They often say different things, which makes it look like God lied and did not preserve His Word. When you compare English Bibles, it's clear which one is closest in English to His preserved Word we have in Greek/Hebrew and so on: the King James Bible. It's not about being "King James only" it's about *"God's preserved Word only".* Those who think any Bible is fine also do not believe God can or did preserve His Word, which is the real difference and why people hence attack KJV. The name "King James Bible" doesn't mean King James wrote it. But God did promise to preserve His Word and it's trivial for Him to do so, in the original languages. Most English bibles are "translated" from already corrupted texts - one need only compare English verses to see which ones are corrupted, and the KJV is the only one left standing. We should want God's preserved Word.

A college biology dept dissected a large python on a tv show called “Nature”. They found miniature leg bones in the snake and showed these bones on the show. They said they believed that proved ancient snakes could walk, proving evolution-but they were actually proving the Bible

As Christians, we must love the sinner but hate the sin. We must not make concessions to allow sinful practices as inclusive just to have them in the Churches and remain unrepentant. From my understanding, if a brother or sister does not repent after being taught the truth, then they are to be suspended so to speak from attending services and then if they repent, then they are to be lovingly welcomed back.

Keep in mind, if we keep reading in Acts, we see that, yes they had the initial list of things to avoid for any new believer, but they also made it clear that they would learn every Sabbath as the Torah was being read to them. The idea was to not overburden them on the get-go, but that they would learn overtime just as the other followers of God , I have learned how to walk as God wants us to walk as laid out in His Word.

That’s why Jesus says we must be spiritually reborn and indwelled by the Holy Spirit, so that God can transform our heart and mind, and give us a heart that loves God’s Word, that loves what God says is righteous, because God’s power is the only way to overcome the desires of our flesh. When God makes us a new creature in Christ, we have a greater desire to please God in our heart than the desire to please our flesh, because God puts a love for righteousness in our heart. Praise YHVH in Christ!

A clear reading of genesis shows that the serpent told the truth. god said that if they ate of the tree, "in that day they would surly die" they did not die in that day, and lived for hundreds of years (which is impossible, so a year for them must have been a month.

There are a great many other changes to the Bible by the ESV. They claim many English Bibles are fine, but Christians notice they are saying different things, that hence they're not fine, and that AiG is implying that God did not really preserve His Word - we'll have to go with modified copies, and any modification will do.
Christians should have no problem believing God can preserve His Word. And they should know that God promised to preserve every one. Hence any claim that "all these Bibles are fine" is contrary to God and His Word. You will notice the KJV gets attacked by everyone, and it's almost exclusively the "KJV people" that attack all the others - this should make you take notice.
This is not about "KJV" only - it's about God's Preserved Word only.
Those who adhere to KJV believe that God preserved His written Word, every Word, as promised.
Those who attack the KJV do not.
And THAT is the real difference between the KJV and anti-KJV crowd, which again should get the attention of those who are truly born again by the Spirit of God.
To any born again believer in God, it should be a given that they'd like to have, as accurately as possible, exactly what God had written in the Scriptures, word for word. They would rather not have instead a paraphrased copy by someone letting you know instead in their own words what God said, or even corrupted versions where things were deceptively changed, added or deleted.
Well God did promise to preserve His Word, word for word, and many do not seem to realize it.

God right there promised to preserve His Words. That means every one of them.

So in the Greek and Hebrew, we have faith that God has preserved His Word, word for word and we should want such a copy in our own language if at all possible.
Perversions were already being attempted to be inserted even back in the days of the apostles, and there are letters that warn about it. So there have long been perverted Greek and Hebrew texts, but they've been marked and avoided then as well, hence hardly used.
In the past century, more and more English "bibles" have been showing up, creating great confusion (God is not the author of confusion). So concerning all these English "bibles", what you'll notice is most "scholars" or people who have an opinion on the matter will instead act like any English Bible you pick is fine - this alone shows
- such a person does not think God preserved His Word
- such a person does not want God's Word, word for word
Scholar or not, this makes their opinions worthless as they've already shown themselves to be unbiblical.
Since in the past hundred years or so hundreds of English bibles have come onto the scene, it's clear deception is the spiritual motive whether people realize it or not. They often say different things, which makes it look like God lied and did not preserve His Word.
When you compare English Bibles, it's clear which one is closest in English to His preserved Word we have in Greek/Hebrew and so on: the King James Bible. It's not about being "King James only" it's about *"God's preserved Word only".* Those who think any Bible is fine also do not believe God can or did preserve His Word, which is the real difference and why people hence attack KJV.
The name "King James Bible" doesn't mean King James wrote it. But God did promise to preserve His Word and it's trivial for Him to do so, in the original languages. Most English bibles are "translated" from already corrupted texts - one need only compare English verses to see which ones are corrupted, and the KJV is the only one left standing. We should want God's preserved Word.

A college biology dept dissected a large python on a tv show called “Nature”. They found miniature leg bones in the snake and showed these bones on the show. They said they believed that proved ancient snakes could walk, proving evolution-but they were actually proving the Bible

As Christians, we must love the sinner but hate the sin. We must not make concessions to allow sinful practices as inclusive just to have them in the Churches and remain unrepentant. From my understanding, if a brother or sister does not repent after being taught the truth, then they are to be suspended so to speak from attending services and then if they repent, then they are to be lovingly welcomed back.

Totally agree with this. The fact that God says that no homosexual will enter the Kingdom of Heaven is proof that homosexuality is a choice. Keep in mind, if we keep reading in Acts, we see that, yes they had the initial list of things to avoid for any new believer, but they also made it clear that they would learn every Sabbath as the Torah was being read to them. The idea was to not overburden them on the get-go, but that they would learn overtime just as the other followers of God , I have learned how to walk as God wants us to walk as laid out in His Word.
