I think Isuzu uses that locally-sourced screen for the offline navigation cause maybe people who buys the dmax are of the older demographic? Maybe Isuzu thinks most of them still do not use phone projection or might not be using a smartphone at all? Just my guess tho. I personally prefer the one from the bt50 too.

Navara for comfort and lighter loading capacity, Isuzu for hauling and serves as a work horse same for Hilux no comfort at all.
