We could be married & lonely. We could be married, with college degrees, & experiencing tremendous disappointments, overworked, & totally unprepared for retirement. Many Baby boomers are experiencing the same. Moving to Panama is very real to me now, in order to live with ease & grace. I stopped my work to listen to this conversation, & have been taking more time for myself. Thank you!!
What a great interview! I always believed in living my dreams but if it weren't for Stephanie I would have never considered quitting my job. I would have just worked myself to the bone indefinitely. But I got all my coins together and now will take a career break and hopefully get temporary residency in another country with my family. Live your best dreams, ladies!

Hello Stephanie, I’ve been watching your you tube episodes for the past month. I love that you are empowering Black women to leave the US if they feel the US is not providing them with a fulfilling life. I have been ready to leave the US for a number of years but we had to wait for my husband to retired. He will retire in 1 1/2 years. I am researching countries for us to move to that provide excellent health care for about 1/2 the cost of the US. My husband has MS (multiple sclerosis) so mobility is an issue.
So all this is to say that I am interested in joining your group but I am a bit apprehensive because I have never done anything like this and I’m not sure of the steps to take and will my husband be accepted into the group with me?
I am only focus on THREE things and that is all...period. If it is not helping ,assisting or developing me in moving forward I move it aside. And yes, I have been called selfish...LOL Forty? You are so cute...twenty seven (only because of your speaking voice) is what I would have mentioned to the most. No that's not universal, just take time to see what you want to eat...REALLY Listen to self...
