Some highlights of the Betty's Bay Parkrun on 11 March 2023. We chat to ten year olds Franco Venter and Keagan Coetzee, who officially were the first two males at the event today. Bryan van Rijswijk tells us of his road to the milestone of fifty finishes and what the event means to him. The waterfall in Disakloof comes down strongly and we drink the moment in for a while.
