Some highlights of the Betty's Bay Parkrun on 4 March 2023. Five milestones were achieved: a 100 and two 25's with finishes and a 50 and two 25s with volunteer duties. Last week's centurion Carol Bercsenyi and this week's Andree Henning share their source of inspiration and what they say is amazing. Kevin Johnstone is back at the Parkrun after the nasty fall after the run that landed him in hospital. Youngster Matthew Jacobs tells us why he thinks more youngsters must come and join in.
