Ok so I did my first season of track and field last year i my freshman year I didn't know what events I was going to do so I got middle distance spikes because they are somewhat versatile and I ended up doing several events including high jump, 400m, and 4x4 and a few others but this coming season I want to do high jump my PR was 5ft, 400m my PR was 1:01, and 4x4 so my question is what spikes do you think I should get to help me improve my times and high jump marks
First video I see from your channel and it’s pretty good information. Thank you for letting us know. Also I have a question, I just bought some shoes for sprinting (I do them for fun and efficiency, I lift weights 3x a week, looking forward to sprint 2-3x a week) the shoes I bought it says it’s for jump. Do you think it was a good buy?
Over time replaceable spikes will get duller, especially if you're not careful to only wear the spikes when on synthetic track surfaces. This will have a slight impact on performance, so i usually recommend swapping to a fresh set once I start seeing significant wear.Luckily replacement pins are very cheap and can be bought in bulk if you want to share with team mates. -Connor

The extra grip from the jump spikes might slow you down some, but honestly, that might make ya stronger 💪🤘🐐🐺.
Could you recommend me spikes for 100m,long jump and high jump. My budget is $35
ur not getting anything good with $35
minimum spike price is >100
Ross for sprint spikes for 25 bucks that you can long jump in 5 dollars left to tape some spikes to your heal for high jump good luck 😂
Does the spikes pyramid’s needs to kept sharp for optimum performance?
