It is great to see you back in Vietnam, we visited the country for 3 weeks back in August, Hanoi definitely one of the best cities we visited during the trip. On our first night out we went on a food tour with a local girl who made it her business, at the end of the tour we tried egg coffee, it sounds strange at first but our guide said she drinks it every day. It is something you can only get in Hanoi, if I remember it correctly, so it is certainly something to try if you are still in Hanoi. She brought us to a place called Giang Cafe, it is a really great authentic shop with a lot of great local people and it is close to the centrum of the city as wel. I highly recommend you to try the egg coffee there if you are still in Hanoi, both the cold and the hot one of course. I recommend going there after dinner since the shop is extra great during the nighttime hours. Keep up the great work and burundi!
