I think you should add preservative in this case it's Formalin you'll use to increase the shelf life of your soap. Add just a little quantity, it also depends on the quantity of the soap

It can last upto a year, I had no NAFDAC reg number when I started, I registered after 4months.

Yes but if you're using it for car just use a very little amount of caustic soda.

But am confuse. You used 125g of caustic soda to make 20 litres of liquid soap, then 50g to make 30 litres of liquid soap.
