Sunset Heights is my old "hood". Close to the West Side, a quick walk to UTEP and the Franklins, and plenty of architecturally pleasing homes. Most of the apartments and homes also give you fascinating views of Juarez, Mexico too.

I live in the northeast and it has grown with beautiful new homes and more restaurants are hear as well. I live very close to the Franklin mountains and enjoy the beautiful view. We are far from the I-10 so it's more quiet and less traffic.

Hey um your data is wrong.
You said the west and kern had higher home prices but then said the median prices were 225k and 165k, respectively, but the east and far east were above that lol
You contradicted yourself many times throughout
The median prices for west and kern are more like 300k and 325k

And El Paso is not 9 miles from Juarez. We are known for being literally feet away from each other, with only the river separating us

I lived there while stationed at Fort Bliss, at High Vista Apartments. I would think that most people wouldn't like the scorpions, tarantulas, and vinegaroon. However, I liked it. Sometimes I think of looking to buy a house there.

Some very nice footage of the city, well-filtered drone shots👍But awfully incorrect info in lots of instances…home prices, location of neighborhoods, distance from Juarez, and on and on. Comments in other videos in this channel point out similar misinformation in the content. Oddly, the only time I think saw Hispanic folks was in a still shot of bar patrons. Narrator sounds like a bot, speaking over realtor video and stock realtor pics.

I have lived in El Paso Texas for 36 years I escaped from Commiefornia. And if you ask just about any person with knowledge of this City they will tell you hands down it is the west side "upper valley area" that is by FAR the best area of El Paso Texas to live. I wouldn't even consider ANY other area. And yes it is the most expensive area in town. And this video is totally WRONG on "meadiean home values and rents," even as of a year ago when it was posted.

@@Choochinn Your best bet is to wait until President Trump is re-elected and he gets the Fed to drop interest rates back down to 2.5% and then don't rent buy a house instead. You have 6 months to start saving up for a down payment. You will love it here. Oh and I Highly recommend you look to buy in either Las Cruces NM. 30 miles from El Paso or in Santa Teresa New Mexico, because Texas has high property tax rates much higher than New Mexico. I bought all my rentals in Santa Teresa and Las Cruses and Santa Teresa New Mexico for that reason. I live in El Paso but I bought my house way back in 1992 when I was 25 years old for only $45,000 If you do buy in El Paso look into Tax sale Property you can buy it for pennies on the dollar. Santa Teresa is less than a mile from my house.

In lands once sacred, where ancestors tread,
    Indigenous blacks, with histories widespread,
Lost to the ravages of wars' cruel hand,
Their ancestral homes, their beloved land.
Displaced and scattered, in shadows they dwell,
    Amongst turncoats, whose allegiance fell.
Confederates and Nazis, in hate's embrace,
Forced to live among them, in a harrowing space.
Freedom, a promise, now a global lie,
As they navigate a world with a heavy sigh.
Their cultures, their spirits, resilient and strong,
Struggling for justice, against all that is wrong.
Their stories are whispered through the winds of the night,
Of battles fought bravely, of an enduring fight.
In the eyes of their children, hope still gleams,
A flicker of light in the darkest of dreams.
For though they live among shadows of hate,
Their hearts beat with a rhythm, innate.
A legacy of strength, of love and pride,
Against the tide of oppression, they will not hide.
In unity and spirit, they rise and stand,
Reclaiming their voices, across this fractured land.
For freedom may falter, but truth will not die,
And one day, their song will pierce the sky. AMEN.
