What size turbo?
why does it have paddles and the stick to shift?
You can set it up to use either or depending on the use case scenario. You might find it more advantageous to use the paddles in a racing scenario, but outside of that you might rather use the shifter. You could also have the paddles perform other functions rather than just shifting if you set it up that way in software.
Because it has a sequential gearbox, which can have/use both.
