Who else beats the game in less than 3 hours just to hear this on the last mission
Honestly one of the best moments in the game. Slowly walking across the bridge in the fog with lightning flashing overhead, the voices of your friends and allies echoing in your ears; and there you are, a man alone against an army entrenched in the fortress looming in the distance. You blast a hole through the front gate and then the theme song starts playing...It's cheesy as all hell, but damn if it isn't epic.

I luv when you're in the chopper and Little Richard's long tall sally is playing while mowing down bad guys it's just awesome and yea reminds me of the scene in Predator as well.

I'm just imagining a very corny scene to this theme with Dr. Darling, Rex and a blood dragon, where Rex just puts a hand on the blood dragon's snout like he's Hiccup or something, clenches his fist and looks down at the ground and goes like:
"These aren't monsters. . . They are acting upon instincts. . . Our nuclear armageddon, our hunger for more power made them into monsters. . . We were the monsters for them. . ."
Sometimes I watch 80s movies and hate the corny synth soundtracks, but so many of my favorite movies from that era have this style of music, so it brings bacl good memories. I heard this while I was playing, and it just fit so well with the game, and I fucking loved it. Now I just want to go watch some 80s classics. Maybe the music isn't so bad, even though I usually prefer traditional orchestral soundtracks like John Williams work.
This music is basically 80's synth done properly by modern musicians.

This is the perfect theme song for the upcoming movie ready player one. I just imagine the intro of the movie with this song the press start button with player one tickling, and in the background they show vintage video games in action with slow transition and all the vintage atmosphere there, mixing it with the futuristic scenes of the OASIS world.... I wish I were a graphic designer for make all this ideas.

This is the scene where the guy intensively trains, remembering those close to him and what he is fighting for, concluding in making passionate love to his companion, leading up to the final fight with the bad guy boss. Otherwise, a good song for spending a hot night with your significant other 🔥🔥
