    Is Iodine Good For You?
iodine is an essential nutrient that is crucial for human health. Here are some key benefits of iodine:
Thyroid Function: Iodine is necessary for the production of thyroid hormones, which regulate metabolism, growth, and development. A deficiency can lead to thyroid disorders like goiter (an enlarged thyroid gland) and hypothyroidism.
Brain Development: Adequate iodine intake during pregnancy and early childhood is critical for brain development and cognitive function. Iodine deficiency in pregnant women can lead to developmental delays and intellectual disabilities in children.
Immune System: Iodine has antimicrobial properties and can help boost the immune system.
Detoxification: Iodine assists in the detoxification of harmful chemicals and heavy metals from the body.
    Preventing Iodine Deficiency
It's important to get iodine from dietary sources such as iodized salt, seafood, dairy products, and certain grains. If you are considering iodine supplements, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional to ensure the appropriate dosage.

Amen, taking responsibility to research for your own body. Too many people are brainwashed in needing a doctor. God gave us the intuition and knowledge to take care of ourselves. I've cured myself and my daughter after many visits to doctors and hospitals, because they just push chemical drugs. I found that compounds are derived from nature that heal and cure. Iodine is a natural resource that our body needs. Compounds like ivermectin and msm are amazing for combating all kinds of illnesses. Have you ever researched the health benefits of organic pumkin seeds? It's unbelievable. I sprinkle celtic sea salt on them and have all the nutrients I need.

No the “worst actor” is not a person being their own doctor. You must be your own doctor. Most main stream doctors treat symptoms with chemicals. They don’t care about root causes or healing. It’s all about money and if not, they are controlled by the agencies. You can’t have honest science and treatment if doctors are threatened with losing their license when they think outside the box.

Thank you SO much for sharing this. I believe God took me to this for a reason. My niece (38yo) over the last 3-4 years has been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. She now has Hashimoto's Disease which I understand is cause by iodine deficiency. I didn't know about ovarian cancer, though! For the last year she has been going to the doctor complaining about not feeling well, and losing a LOT of weight. They did this test and that, even gave her blood transfusions when her blood was showing horrifyingly low red blood cells but said they didn't know what was the problem. Then a week ago they finally told her that she has ovarian cancer. She has gone into a tail-spin. I told her about iodine, and Lugol's solution which my husband and I have been taking for years daily. When I went to school. I was in the 4th grade when they went into the schools to vaccinate the kids. ( Now the doctors do it.) But at the time. They started in the classrooms. About 1 to 2 yrs later, we had at least 3 kids die of leukemia.
I never got the shots. I screemed & kicked like a mule. & they couldn't hold me down. So after a few tryst they never bothered me again. That was probably a God thing. The next yr. One of the most beautiful girls. Died of leukemia. She was so nice, I felt really sorry for her & her family. Then a few yrs later one of the cutest boys died in high school. I believe he was a sophomore. He was one of the best. Always helping others. He didn't bully etc.. Great young man. So sad. I always thought that was strange , that we never heard of leukemia until after those shots came out. & then they wanted everyone to get them.

I think the iodine deficiency started before the 1960’s and that ADHD definitely has a genetic component. My extended family- aunts, uncles, and cousins- is riddled with ADHD. I’m 66, so all this was before the modern fad of frequently diagnosing ADHD.
Also, from what I understand, the term for ADHD back then was Minimal Brain Dysfunction (1952) and then Hyperkenetic Reaction of Childhood (1962), so it was there, just not recognized because nobody was really looking after the mental health of children. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I also have another iodine product too. But of course they only suggest so many mcg’s to take , but this doctor is advising much more. With that, this is just my thoughts and everyone should use their own judgement, because I am not a doctor nor suggest what others should do. Plus I don’t take these regularly and probably should. Unfortunately , with all the garbage additives in our food, it’s even harder to try and go organic and some stores now are adding chemicals to their fruits and vegetables in order to starve off them becoming rotten to fast??? What’s that tell us. It’s criminal what’s going on today. I have started shopping at markets that will not put additives on my foods. And trying to go more grass fed products/meats,milk and etc. More expensive but thankful we can do a little of this for now. Sad to say, my doctor told me that iodine was dangerous to take. Figs are high sugar, but probably high Fructose which may not register on a glucose monitor. Fructose is heptotoxic at fairly low levels and has its own set of metabolic problems. Just go low carb keto as a start, and many metabolic based health issues will begin to resolve.

I have been using liquid iodine on a makeup pad and applying it directly to the skin. Inside the elbows and under the breasts. If it disappears almost right away the body has taken it because it needs it. If it sits on the skin the body doesn’t need it. Or it may fade slowly. Since using it topically I feel more energy and lighter moods.

I’ve been using it on my skin inside elbows and breast area and I feel it’s working. Some days it disappears immediately so the body grabs it. Other times it sits on the skin and disappears very slowly. No question the western diet of today is lacking in iodine.

I refused to get a mammogram. My mother had , had breast cancer and her sister. So I decided I'd research and learn as much as I could.
I found out the chemicals fluoride and bromide block the absorption of iodine. Ibromide is used in making bread. So I filtered my water , cut bread out of my diet all flour. Rosemary tea flushe's false oestrogens from your body. I took Ceylon true cinnamon with a good organic honey everyday it's called zeylanicum from Sri Lanka. Not supermarket a lot of cinnamon from there is actually cassia which is bad. I juiced fresh carrots every morning , I drank liquid chlorophyll ( Grants) twice a day 5 ml to start once per day, i built up to 10 ml twice a day am and pm.
I ate meat n veg for dinner , rice , yoghurt, eggs, it was a lot of change for me but it worked , I'm all clear of any cysts and this was 12 years ago. I stay on kelp. I changed to Himalayan pink salt.
My dear daughter who left home had pcos and had 36 ovarian cysts on one ovary and 26 on the other. She took rosemary tea and cleared them all up.. she did the same as me carrot juice chlorophyll cut out bread filtered water , Himalayan salt etc
