modding for base corrosive, slotting 2 corrosive shards, subsuming nourish over the 1, and using roar on rhino, is one of the heaviest ways to buff it

I'm not gonna lie, I was annoyed when you quit doing Warframe content but I understand your reasons and respect them. That being said, I'm glad your back.
The potential of this weapon unleashes once you build it with Cascadia Empowered instead. This means dropping all crit scaling and instead focus on status chance, fire rate and multishot. It is batshit insane.
Why would you do that. My riven has crit chance, heat, multishot. Rolling with cascadia flare and arcane precision. Im seeing over 120k crits on exogokstad. Melts them all in a blink of an eye.
@@ifeawosika966 Because the base damage of Ocucor is 11. The base damage of Cascadia Empowered is 750.
To put that into perspective (napkin math warning) That's the equivalent of 1000% Hornet Strike and 7x crit multi on your build.
@@Tripleyou cascadia empowered is flat 750. It doesnt get any higher with mods.

@@ifeawosika966 ur wrong and @Tripleyou is right, Cascadia Empowered is objectively more damage because Ocucor's base damage is super low. Like sure you can keep using flare, its just suboptimal for DPS.

I usually run ocucor with saryn venom dose, toxic lash and nourish and never played anything else since
If you really wanna surge that damage throw on a [archane precision] instead you’ll kill enough to not worry about ammo efficiency
New"er" player and got this in the circuit once, immediately added it to my favorites. Guess I should go put some effort into making it now lol
Try it with encumber and sevagoths 1 augment, things insane with him especially since for me at least I typically have nourish on him so I run straight heat or electric depending on the enemy I'm facing while also being able to have that faction mod slot and a riven
And now try it on Rhino with 2 green shards, Nourish slapped on next to unnerfed Roar that can easily give you +200% universal dmg, and Arcane Avenger :) That thing melts like crazy. Oh and Riven dispo is still something ridiculously high like 1,3.

@@KungFuBarbie-pc7hb Sure thing, it's a fairly standard one tho. Galvanized Diffusion, Galvanized Shot, Lethal Torrent, Primed Target Cracker, Sentient Surge. And then either a Corrosive + Heat or Viral + Heat. Since I am using Nourish on this, it's gonna be Jolt + Pistol Pestilence and Primed Heated Charge. Exi slot either Pistol Ammo Mutation or Ruinous Extension. Cascadia Flare as arcane.
Literally all big TH-camrs have already made plenty of video about how broken ocucor is, this is probably one of the most used weapon with saryn/yareli for disruption level caps, but yeah nobody told you about lol..

To be fair, iFlynn only pretty recently got back in to the game and there’s just so much out there that stuff goes under the radar pretty easily.

It will return in the nightwave shop in the future, but not during this season and its not certain if it's gonna be next season either.

Hydroid is actually fun to play now. I’m loving him. Does plunder work better and give a higher buff if they already have corrosive procs on them? I missed this augment during one of my year long breaks 😅so it’s Mr fodder for me
That's actually how you get the most corrosive/armor, them being already primed beforehand

i run arcane avenger with it and 2 green shards with corrosive more crit and armor strip its pretty nutty.
How would Cascadia Flare compare to Secondary Outburst though? Whenever I see a build that has no interest in melee I am always curious about Ceramic Dagger Incarnon and Secondary Outburst.
I'm curious about this too! I have r5 for both and I'm not sure which is better. With secondary outburst you can remove primed pistol gambit for another mod.

I made the Ocucor 2 weeks ago because I wanted a fun secondary. I installed 7 forma on it, bought the Sentient Surge and opened around 20 Pistol Riven Mods in order to get his Riven. This secondary, like Flynn said, will not one shot. But I bet everything will die before you land from your bullet jump. If it helps someone, my build is : Galvanized Shot, Galvanized Diffusion, Sentient Surge, Riven (100% CritD%, 76.6 Fire Rate, 151% CritC and a negative (if you can roll bot Crits and anything else beside that like Damage, Multishot and a negative is very good)), Lethal Torrent (you can switch this with Pistol Gambit, Hornet Strike or Faction DMG if you managed to get Fire Rate on your RIven ), Frostbite or Ice Storm, Pistol Pestilence and Heated Charge. As an arcane I use Cascadia Flare so I don`t need the Hornet Strike mod. And for the Exilus I use Ruinous Extension and if you don`t manage to have enough ammo, Pistol Ammo Mutation is good aswell.

Spent 200 plat on sentient surge because I'm newer than that nightwave to the game. I don't regret it. It does need some windup though, so if you don't have it rolling, target a weak enemy, or get one to low health
I've been using ocucor for quite a while on saryn and i think saryn is way stronger than hydro due to toxic lash. Also from what i've tested +ms +fr is wayyy stronger than going crit (riven with +ms +fr +sc -neg is a god roll imo) and on saryn with +ms +fr -neg riven i can bullet jump with ease through 20 chg eximus while having parkour velocity tau shard. (because it is a beam weapon ms is insane for applying statuses and 1 tick inflicts +- 8 statuses, and i have +- 42 rps lol)
And i am still not able to sell my double crit riven!! ;(

I run a vermisplicer it’s a kit gun. The other two parts are splat and gibber straight up I run 203 crit chance with pax charge and Cascadia this gives me 500crit chance it’s red crit all day long and nothing survives. There’s the best weapon in the game.

flare on a weapon with 11 base damage is crazy
It's the best arcane for Ocucor. The wpn can easily crit in the tens and hundreds of thousands, and unlike Merciless, Flare is already helping you to kill your first enemy.
That is not true. Cascadia Empowered is better, as is Secondary Outburst if you're using a melee.
Merciless and Flare aren't the only two secondary arcanes that exist.
@@Felixuwuowo Yes, more arcanes exist for situational or niche uses. And all the power to you when you wanna use them for fun builds or on that one wpn / frame where they are actually the best choice. But no, Empowered is not better than Flare on an Ocucor, neither in Simulacrum, nor in normal high level use. Had the extra dmg also created extra status effect, then that would be different, but alas it doesn't work like that.
