Only choice I regret is Dante, Should probably be S tier.
Just want everyone reading or commenting to keep in mind that many of the negative comments that you see have been placed minutes after the video was published or by people who just skipped to the end.
I say this because I know it's easy for peoples emotions to run high when people share OPINIONS and I don't want any one to get stuck pointlessly arguing with some one lacking context on the list it's self or the reason I put a frame where I put a frame.
Every frame in the game can be used in high level steel path content even Yareli as I mentioned in the video, this list is a list of frames which I recommend that average joe with a full time job focuses on getting, prioritize S tier frames, if you can get A tier they are real good too, everything in B works, C Invest later, D you could bin the frame after mastery or subsume them without thinking too much about it.
Gentle reminder that just because some of you may have all day to sit around and play Warframe to make grendal, Yareli, etc super viable doesn't mean everyone else does and last time I checked video games are made to be enjoyed by everyone not just those who don't go outside.
Edit; Also another note, I find it so funny that some of you are mad that a frame that every one agrees is good is in A tier and not S tier.

Flynn you are very right about some takes and very wrong about others. Everyone is entitled to have a unique opinion yet that doesn’t come close to say that all opinions are right. Multiple of your opinions in this matter are straight up wrong, as you are known for making high quality guides we expected that your takes would have came from a place of knowledge and not from a place of ignorance as the video is called “The ultimate Warframe tier list”. To point out one of the reasons towards me saying this is that you would place a frame like Grendel at the bottom for the mere fact that he is boring yet you later on procede to place Octavia in the highest tier, Octavia is no doubt one of the best frames and deserves a high tier but no doubt playing Octavia isn’t at all engaging.
Many other takes like Loki being above so many frames are enough to prove my point. Fair is to say that many of us appreciate you making videos for us to spend our free time watching and as I stated before you indeed are knowledgeable and right about many frames being below or above the list and and right as well about other takes, we are grateful for your content and I’m in hopes of this comment to not be taken as hate as my reason is just to give constructive feedback.

@@rogerpineda9614kinda agree with homie here. Couple of frames definitely got a “I don’t really play this frame so I’m gonna estimate a mid tier” inaros for instance is no longer “just inaros”. He has one of the laziest powerful nuking builds in the game due to his elemental sandstorm augment. Without it he has innate corrosive armor strip, one of the best grouping abilities in the game, very strong tank capabilities to the point of being VERY close to immortality. His rework has put him into that absurd power with almost no thought. Lavos another example with his new augment giving him the most abusable elemental damage in the game, creating some absurd interactions with basically anything that gets bonuses from applying more status. There’s obviously a lot of frames and it’s hard to know all the possible interactions and levels of power they can individually achieve which is what breeds a lot of the differences in opinions. But using inaros as an example a 5 minute read of his kit makes it pretty clear the frame is incredibly capable post rework.
Before I get called out for some inaros main bias nonsense, I don’t own inaros prime, inaros is one of my least played frames and I have 5 mods on him when I tried him out post rework. Frames’ just borked

Kinda hard for me to agree since I go outside a lot and min max every frame in warframe (literally even caliban and chroma and one my personal favorite underdogs loki) lol
Grendel doesn't take a veteran with time on their hands to make viable. I'm pretty sure he can run mid level steel path without any mods, just relying on his shield gate, innate armor, and nourish.
@mreko108 yeah he's very easy to make viable took him to level cap many times and I don't even play him like that I actually take the time to learn every characters weaknesses and weird quirks that's why tier list are usually super opionated I may be contradicting myself but at the end of the day every warframe especially now is good and fun, and those that think that this or that warframe is "better" only take part on their on perception and accept that warframe as a good tier based on their preference and playstyle

Yea he completely missed the mark with protea. I just got her and She's extremely strong in the steel path. Her turrets at first do great damage until you end up encountereing steel path enemies but once you add temporal erosion augment she becomes an absolute powerhouse. She doesn't really need a helminth either. Her only weakness is that brief respite or any auger mods that convert energy into shields screws over her own shield gating with the satellite grenades, Other then that in my eyes she's either high A tier or S tier.
Look at knightmare frames build on her, Protea sheds
@@00Grimreaper00 you don't even need armor strip. Group enemies and the turret dmg will scale incredibly fast. Prime enemies with viral too. You can also use roar if you don't like having to group enemies. Grouping enemies does require a helminth or you can use other things like Nautilus or Magus Anomaly.

mag, the frame that was used in the longest survival ever done, being in the same tier as loki is criminal.
Yeah thats a pretty bad take. She's tanky, she's got utility, she can completely strip armor, she supports with her 3 and 4, and she can nuke any enemy in the game with Magnetize. She's easily A tier.
octavia since the moment she was released could have permanent invisibility and infinite energy together with damage scaling in survival maps. You literally need to mess up to die in survival and you scale infinitely just as the monsters around you, it's literally just a matter of not getting bored out of your mind. Mag or no mag on the team is irrelevant, you literally just invite people to talk to them on voice to not die of boredom or mess up due to boredom. I've done some 3-4 hour runs back in the days when I used to play her, and it genuinely was just a matter of will you get bored enough, does this matter enough to you that you will repeat same 3 spell rotation every 20 or 36 seconds, i forgot what it was, for the next 3-4 whatever 20 hours you will hold. It's warframe, the game is easy there's 0 skill involved just farm the stuff and get godlike. Some frames/builds/weapons farm stuff better than others, that's all there is to it. Loki is great too just not in survival specifically, i used to use him to run the quickest sabotage runs imaginable, all frames have their purpose.
@@ilyabakh Octavia is definitely S tier too. Specifically for solo endurance I'm not sure how well she holds up at level cap against violence but for 99% of content in the game Octavia is very useful to have. Loki on the other hand is just very niche, he's a cc frame in a meta where cc is pretty pointless since everything dies instantly anyway and eximus units are much more prevalent now and are immune to cc. Octavia is basically just a better Loki which makes Loki nothing but MR fodder. The mission types that Loki is good at are also the least popular, the vast majority of the time your in an endless mission or an exterminate or capture for fissures. Outside nightwave challenges and alerts I very rarely play sabotage

Protea is high A or S i dont care what anyone says, she can out kill some of your favourite frames except saryn, she can give allies sheilds and sheild gate, she can strip armor, infinite energy and health orbs and infinite damage scaling

Same as yareli , having 200 extra crit for free as a pasive on her secondary makes her a good weapons frame . The best thing caliban has is his armor strip and we had some many of those on helminth

@@richardwhite3521 His opinion is subjective, but the topic is objective. You can apply objective examples to show his opinion is wrong. That’s why it’s objectively wrong. Warframe itself being the object in question. How the warframes themselves interact with the game. Grendel, objectively, has better tools to deal with and help with the problems in warframe (I’m specifically comparing him to Caliban at this point). So he’s objectively a better warframe.
Just look at each of their tools and impact as a warframe side by side and it’s clear to see who is objectively better.
That being said he is still allowed to have the opinion that Grendel is worse, but that’s still a subjective opinion.
@@superduelist1192 objectively his helminth works better with other frames, his kit is clunky at best and the farm to earn his parts is atrocious for new arbi players/the average player. A great addition for your helminth but meh gameplay in contrast to his buddy gauss that has one of the best base kits in the game (no helminth needed at all) and a fun gameplay. If you do a poll to see how many people actually play and enjoy playing Grendel in missions the numbers will be low.

@@DreadedLad88 Thing is, not a lot of new players probably realize that. This is one of the most misleading tier lists i've ever seen, and yes they are opinionated. But iflynn's content has pretty much always catered towards very new players that know little to nothing about the game, so they will definitely take this tier list as some sort of guideline. I loved iflynn's videos back in the day but this tier list ain't it at all.

@@Rahhhhhh117 I’d say it’s pretty hard to make an objective one because it’ll always be partially opinionated. But making the baseline for ranking be performance in base steel path, performance without helminth, and actually testing all the frames you’re ranking would be a start. I know damn well he didn’t get the chance to retest every frame on the list in modern gameplay since he’s only been playing again for a couple weeks.
Totally agree. I was one of those who stopped playing for a year and then came back. This tier list looks like it was made using play and playstyles from pandemic times. If he wanted to make a category based graph, he should have done that instead of a tier list. For a new player, I think it would be more helpful to know which frame is a best fit for which type of mission than these tier lists.

I semi agree his kit is kinda wonky and nourish is 10x better on every other frame then him since they don't have to have an eatin enemy to cast.
You don't get grendel until arbitrations, even then it's a grind which new players won't get to for a while so getting grendal is not easy
Grendel deserves C or D I agree with him. Grendel kit is clunky and has too many conditionals. So yeah, D is fair
Grendel missions are absolute pain if you go solo
Nah he was pretty fair with Grendel. Another frame does what he does but better. Moving death ball, Gara or Yareli. Aoe armor strip, Frost or Hildryn. Even nourish is abused by basically every weapon platform frame more than him. His tankiness being conditional on him having stuff his belly (which you have to give up if you wanna armor strip) makes him kinda clunky at best and effectively disfunctional at worse as a tank. Rolling around as a ball is also pretty much the only uniquely fun thing the does but in most mission tiles you end up getting caught on tons of little outcroppings and debris that slow you down. His premise is pretty cool but his effectiveness is just not there.
Farm entrati lanthorns by killing the gruzzling in sanctum anatomica missions it'll save your sanity
Use your planet resource extractors on the zariman too. If it hits you get 8.
Glad I realized that wayy earlier. I went nearly insane by trying to farm it in the zariman titleset for the phemor

@@NorthInium i typically get 2 collectors a day and get 1-3hits a week. I have been doing it since holdfasts came out and currently am sitting on 127 Lanthorns without ever needing to dedicate farming them. If you really want a life hack pinions are also 8hrs in between purchases so buy one everytime you claim your distiller.
With Lavos new augment he's a flexible monster weapons platform. His damage will be there for any faction and the 100% status chance makes every shotgun pellet proc status, even low status Cedo main fire. 2 green shards and he can full strip armor by infusing corrosive onto a Shotgun that didnt have it modded in a single shot. Or near instant with beams. It may be worth a relook even if you dont engage with the ability set alot
Zephyr is one of the most underrated frames in the entire game. I personally think you're insane for thinking she's not solidly A tier. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.

I don't like Grendel or Lavos. But being in the same tier as Caliban and under frames like Limbo, Nyx, Trinity and Chroma is laughable.
Would you recommend them to a new player over Limbo, Nyx, Trinity?
@@xiFlynn If this is a true 2024 review, most definitely yes for Grendel Prime. Tanky, self healing, Armor strip, energy/viralbuff support, decent damage, and funni physics ball. It's a great investment for new to mid-game players who are willing to put a little work in grinding his prime or for platinum.

Mag B tier is crazy. I read the post and mag is literally the perfect frame for folks without all day to grind. Shes a starter frame with extremely easy kit to grasp. She is easy S tier based off your post Flynn.
S is I bit much but she definitely A tier. But he also messed up on protea she definitely S tier

i was dumb and picked excal. rhino and mag are my top2 reasons as to clearing the starchart. like mag is a queen, you can grab the mod to modify her 4th off of the market for like 20 plat. it will make her an absolute tank with overshields, she can basically make enemies delete themselves. i still use my mag in steelpath, she is an absolute blessing.
It's weird you made this more for new players and kept kullervo out of s. You can get him almost immediately after starting, he barely requires anything to 1 shot most enemies, he's practically invincible against anything that is targeted by his 2, and basically any melee weapon works with him- full modded or not.
Also yareli and lavos just got a huge buff and putting them in the same category as caliban is just ridiculous
I've been maining Ember Prime for awhile. I dont really do anything challenging. Mostly dailies/weeklies and stuff. And I just love clearing rooms with her 4. the visuals, sounds, DoTs, I just have so much fun with her. I helminthed Firewalk for her 1 just to spread more fire.
Experienced players might have some problems with this list but from the point of view of a newer player I find it hard to disagree with a lot of the choices, the S tier frames are a great starting goal for newer players to work towards that can easily help them throughout the entire game.

Sigh... Still to this day people don't understand Vauban. Alright, let me EXPLAIN HIM AGAIN.
How easy are they to obtain:
Easy, too easy in fact. the only downside is that it is costly to get the normal version of Vauban off of Nora's shop, 75 credits total, BUT Duviri does have him in the rotation so you can easily get his pieces there.
The prime is costly though, massive resource investment and also all the pieces are gold pieces on relics.
How easy are they to mod:
Fairly simple to build out a everything build, it doesn't take much to get him feeling comfortable, and additionally he can be easily changed around for whatever mission type you are specifically going for if you want to go to extremes with it.
How many missions if any do they make easy or efficient to run:
Almost all of them, he struggles doing spy missions compared to Wukong and Ivara, he's also not the best frame for sole defense missions like Excavation and Defense, most of the time Frost or Limbo are going to be the better options for those if you are planning on going for a long time. Vauban does well for short bursts like Mobile Defense. But for everything else he can do it all no sweat, survival, defection, alchemy, netracells, disruption, you name it.
Do they have any additional uses:
He's not just a CC machine, he is one of the few warframes that has the unique capability of SCALING DAMAGE, meaning you stay even with enemy levels with your damage no matter what. 2 of his abilities already come with it, his flechette orbs, and his orbital strike. with Tesla Bank on his Tesla Nervos you can also give yourself an additional way of doing scaling damage. So really he can out kill and out damage most of the roster when going into long lasting missions.
Helminth:
Bruh, come on, seriously? He's absolutely insane with Helminth abilities. Especially Nourish, you can give your 2 and 4 viral damage and procs too, that means scaling viral damage.
Is it worth it to invest:
Honestly it is very criminal that you put him at D, like dude, he's not just a CC frame. But to be honest I am biased I main Vauban and I have also shown people what Vauban is capable of recently. I personally think that if you have the resources and are looking for something new and fresh invest into the prime, if you just want to try something new in general but don't want to put too much effort into it grab the normal version, both are viable.
I highly doubt you will read this anyway, so thank you for your time if you did. Don't disregard warframes when you don't know all the pieces about them, there's a lot more intricacies to each warframe out there. Love your content though, you always have a way to make it entertaining to watch no matter what and are a positive personality in the warframe community.

Because every frame in the tier above outclasses him in every way. Don't need CC if everyone is dying of disease (Saryn); Don't need CC if nothing can kill you (Stynaxx, Octavia), Don't need to invest a lot if the Warframe itself has scaling damage and a complete armor strip (Xaku, Saryn)

If iflynn wasn't making his channel literally centered around new player content and guides and just played the game for his gain, then that would be totally fine. But he is just straight up misinforming all the new players that might look at this tier list and go "oh this frame is insane" when its not (styanax) or "oh this frame is kinda meh, i might not get her for a while" when she's actually kinda nuts (gyre).
If he wants to make a tier list, he should AT LEAST be testing all the frames to get a fair test, considering he's been mia for years now.
Loki above Atlas, grendel, sevagoth, hildryin, harrow and nidus is insane
Loki deserves to be above atlas, sevagoth, hildryn and in modern warframe I'd put him above harrow too. I'd put him equal to nidus. Lokis got good status build up on a good agro grabber, invincibility with invis and fine cc.

@@user-yh6gm8wb3t have either of you tried him with his new augment that spreads status when his decoy is shot with the decoy buff? It isn't getting the attention divine retribution or Dante is but loki benefitted alot from those. Lokis survival issue was when a stray bullet would nail him and the decoy change solves that before including the benefits of the new augment. I'll take current loki further then the best nidus and harrow shield/hp pool can take you, hildryn will be too busy spamming her shields for survival so I'll comfortably out dmg any hildryn. Atlas is imo just as good as loki but requires big setup to work just as well as loki. I agree with you guys about grendals positioning tho

@@darbstre2900 hildryn with shield recharge delay mods and arcane aegis is an unkillable tank that only dies to toxin status effects so i don't think you are out damaging her at all, harrow has access to easiest shield gate in the game via his 1, nidus can just stay immune to death if you can keep any amount of stacks, atlas only requires a stat stick like any other pseudo exalted ability based frame and unlike loki all of these frames do something other than just surviving, loki is pretty good when you have the augments for all 3 of his basic abilities but he is not above any of these frames in my opinion
Id definitely recommend getting banshee bcs aside from being a solid frame, she’s also very helpful with leveling weapons which im sure many newer players would appreciate.
I actually really like playing Ember. She has armor buff, long range armor strip/ knock down while applying hella burn status. Then you just finish everything off with her 4 which will also resupply energy with the augment.
The reasons why you put certain frames like khora low is understandable and it’s a good point. But I would suggest saying in your title that the tier list is for new players because if you could get all these frames with somewhat optimal build right away, I would say a few frames go up a tier (Garuda,khora, revenant etc)
Mag, with her Fracturing Crush augment only needs 134 ability stregnth to strip 100% enemy armor. Their level doesn't matter, and it still strips armor through overguard as well. Massive AOE 1 button press armor strip is probably in the running for best armor strip in the game.
You saying Baruuk is not as useful as Banshee feels like a joke, Baruuk can deal tons of damage, be immortal, pretty good cc if you build duration and Banshee is just generally a bad warframe
Highly recommend picking up Ash in the prime resurgence tomorrow. Very much a Jack of all trades frame. Can do most everything in the game at an above average level
Yeah, savage silence ash with an innodem and even a base melee crescendo, and throw on an arcane trickery is insane and trivializes pretty much everything if you’re going solo or not. Once you invest a little he’s pretty incredible.
@@garbagegrove2533 I mean sure if you’ve got resources to waste. All you really need is seeking shuriken with 145% power strength. Then either tons of duration or a mix of duration and efficiency and he clears the entirety of steel path with whatever slash base weapon you pick. His 4 already has tons of base range so you can go negative without feeling it too harshly. His 1 will armor strip at 144% strength threshold. So once you hit that you can go all in on duration with just a streamline for efficiency. I like some casting speed but it’s not needed. Realistically you can slot in 4 mods and he’s can do base SP. 5 for some comfort. Everything else is either more padded comfort stats, defensive additions, further buffs for your subsume, or QoL.
I’ve got a hyper min maxed build with absurd duration to clear 20s on invis but he works just fine with significantly less. I mean invis for effective immortality, armor strip for tons of damage, and a slash proc damage and duration increase. Kinda just busted at base. Everything else is just for ease of use.
Let's be honest, with helminth, quality mods, and a good incarnon, every frame can easily do really well. The real question should be, is it fun, cheesy, or challenging.

but I hope everyone here can understand tier list are super opionated and based on personal preference, find your warframe and play them, attempt to min max them and give them a proper judgment instead of hearing opinions and judging by looks and don't bother to read an ability because what you hear to helminth off
(Except caliban and chroma 1, please D.E. give my boy caliban so love, I'm coping too hard with his 2 and 4 and chroma needs more than a QoL rework but I love the QoL though)
Point is All the enemies die the same, and at the of the day, guns are the true thing in this game that needs a tier list.
A I'm a dagath, gyre, Ivara, and now Dante main don't @ me for saying I probably play saryn or revenant
The Circuit has made allot of these frame less painful to farm.
Now we just need ways to farm slots reliably
Do another tier list but not based on power or performance but rather a tier list for how hard it is to acquire each warframe and how to acquire them.

Styanax in S but dante and rev are only A????? I am genuinely confused how styanax ranks S, his armor strip is far from the best in the game. Rev and dante both have more mindless tanking than he does as well, and dante doesn't even need armor strip to nuke entire rooms. I am confused by this tier list's logic.
Even with the nerf Dante still one of the best warframes in the game 😭🙏
@@GAUSS_PRIME_ fr though, I feel like iflynn is jumping into a tier list waaay too quick after coming back to have enough of a current understanding of the metas, reworks, and just in general how things stand in terms of power. Not to mention, after only being back for a bit over a week or so, there's no way he was able to give each of these frames actual proper testing in that time frame.
Dante actually nerfed is B+ not S or A and stryanaxx is complety trash for me ..
@KuroSs__ Even after the nerf with Dantes, he is still insane.
Some frames don't feel good for basic missions but when there's a challenge, I would prefer using them. For example, Saryn can do very good dmg. But I would rather have Harrow in the EDA assassination I did this week than Saryn.
As an MR 30 player who doesn't have non-prime wisp (or gauss?), I would downgrade them for ease of obtainability. I would use that criteria to downgrade xaku & styanax (hardest farm?) as well. Can't get any of them from The circuit either
Sigh... These tier list gets worst everytime, it's like you judge the frames by just reading there abilities and helminth without any knowledge of using them and what they can do..
Facts, I’m LR 2 looking at maxing a few on the D list if I haven’t goal is still to Steel Path prepare every frame eventually

I feel like Dagath is still not very well understood with how Doom works, it's flat out her strongest ability but got severely overshadowed by "hurr durr horses do big number"
Not to mention the massive slow on Wyrd Scythes, tons of viral, and a free life + huge crit damage buff which has fairly few sources
She absolutely can do a lot that other frames can't, it's just a learning curve to utilize her potential. Kinda reminds me of old Saryn mechanics with Venom and the ridiculous hidden mechanics it used to have
Yareli in D tier is criminal. I’d say B tier due to that but S from a fun perspective
Having a high crit secondary incarnon like Laetum or any other one will make her stronger by complementing her passive
On top of that Merulina Guardian - "Merulina that causes enemies killed while affected by Sea Snares to heal Merulina and grant increased Reload Speed and Fire Rate to secondaries for a duration."
25% Healing / Fire Rate & Reload Speed +200% at Max Rank
This also Works with Archon Intensify to give +30% more Power Strength so a strong build is very possible already.
Im sorry but some of these are Insanely Overvalued and Undervalued. Putting Loki, Equinox and Banshee who all don't really do anything in the same tier as Gara who can nuke SP through walls, Zephyr who is the easiest way to start doing SP with almost no investment, Protea who doesn't need weapons for most gamemodes and an entire tier above Hildryn, who can be grabbed from the Circuit in like 2 hours, is super tanky and makes most weapons work in most content is a bit ridiculous to me.
They really should trade places with Yareli, Grandel and Lavos who are perfectly fine and in Grendels case more then fine frames.
Also Mesa should be up there in S together with Kullervo and Revenant, the are all just way to good to not be considered a must have.
Also also Volt IMO is a bit to squishy and just not as good to be considered a must have except specifically for Eidolon hunts which I don't think are that important right now.
I could nitpick more but some of these are just WAY of the mark.
If loki is built correctly he can actually mess up enemies with decoy. Especially with the augment along with free invincibility by switch teleporting with his decoy. Only downside is de hates cc
@@00Grimreaper00 I don't wanna come of as to harsh but all of the good Warframes do that baseline without jumping through so many hoops. If you like Loki and his playstyle there is nothing wrong with that, you can bring every Frame in to steel path if you really want to, its just not gonna be as good as other options.
I think you missed the point with the tierlist. Loki probably one of the few frames you don't need to invest barely anything for him to be viable. I've been using him for Spy, Disruptions, open world duties, etc. With the new buffs he's even more practical in other stuff. Don't underestimate him

I agree with many of your points, but don't forget that Hildryn needs toroids from one of the orb spiders in order to be able to build her, which are quite hard to get for a new player.
Poor Lavos , he should be at least tier b , awesome tank , versatile and does a lot of damage
I'll accept lavos where he is ONLY because this was made before jade shadows and the status rework. After that, I'd say B tier objectively, but he's still my favorite
Its crazy how noob content creators be missing the mark on pure skill in these kits. Boring and hard to build shouldn't discount the grade.
i still hate how valkyrs short looking claws has more range then sevagoth shadow even tho shadow claws visually are like 3 times longer
Frost is one of my go to Frames atm, you’re not lying about the investment but it’s worth it in the long run. Running a wonky crit status boar prime incarnon build and getting up to 1mill in dmg. His passive needs a rw but i think he’s a top contender for high B or low A.
I love that you said Nova is one of your favorites, and almost put her in S! I thought no veterans like her anymore apart from me.
I've been a weapon platform Eclipse Nova main since Helminth came out - until the recent nerf. Now I don't really know what I'm gonna do with her slow build, since there aren't any damage buff abilities strong enough to justify her use anymore, and CC does not work on enemies with overguard. She needs maximum duration for both speed and slow builds, so there aren't many tweaking possibilities. I also use Octavia's lure ball for the speed build, and will be testing further to make her slow build great again, since she's just the coolest and I love her!
Nah yareli is A tier for sure. Especially after her new augment that makes merulina a companion. She's as tanky as nezha which means you can literally face tank steel path + she has 5 seconds of invulnerability on her 2, making her able to easily do even higher level content. Her 1 is great damage buff and her 3 with the augment gives you scaling damage that you can spam that procs slash. Her 4 isn't so great but it's grouping which synergizes well with her 3 augment.
Just because Revenant isn’t good in certain missions it doesn’t make him A tier lmao, he’s S tier for the simple fact he’s abilities are one if not the best in the game, licht health, Counter to literally everything & a snap ult that can be use and still use licht skill to steal health. He’s literally a Monster.

Sonar is the best damage boosting ability in the game.. makes you be able to one shot damn near anything in the game, silence is also a top tier ability and if im not mistaken sonic boom can armor strip with the augment but yea her 4 is cheeks and she is squishy but she is def more useful than barrukk, but i am by no means saying he is bad
Lavos in D tier is insane but having Baruuk and protea in B is even worst 🤦🏾♂️

Iflynn is one of the warframe ogs to me so i can't hate him for this tier list, but he definitely should not be creating a tier list literally weeks after he came back to the game after such a long break. There is waaaay too much misinformation in this video, and i know tons of new players will get recommended his videos because he's always been more of a new player oriented channel.

I'm only around 60 days logged in as a returning player, and I have 37 of the frames. The only two I thought were total trash were Loki and ember. For my money I think you undervalued both Grendel and inaros after the reworks. Otherwise I definitely enjoyed listening and glad to see you back.
To all the people mocking the tier list, remember this is for newer players. We are talking 0 forma builds. No prime mods, no rare mods. People who are newer to the game. If we argue about well invested builds then the point of the list is cooked. My 8 forma oberon is unkillable, is oberon SSS tier now?
What's the point why make tier list for low forma builds. You can just buy Plat and have all the mods day 1 lol. And within 2 weeks most players our MR10.

Hard Disagree on Styanax's 1. It doesnt really have a place in his kit but it is AMAZING as a grouping ability. Nothing really beats how stupid simple but kind of fun his 1 2 4 spam can be although most things just die with the press of 4. Theres no real reason to replace it simply cause his 3 already gives a ton of energy and most other options are side grades. The only abilities I can see are Roar being used but everything else just seems beyond redundant.
Yeah, I agree that Equinox definetly shows a bit of age now. She needs a little bit of love. But nevertheless she's a fun frame, you can nuke, tank, heal, restore shields etc but she does require a lot of investment. But I'd say if you enjoy her it's worth it.
IF - big if - they take another look at the cc changes they've done last week and make her augments AGAIN work on overguarded enemies I'd put Mag in A tier to be honest. was really cool if you scale higher into the thousands of levels cause you could neutralize any ranged enemy with jamming their weapons. If they don't yeah top of B is very fair. She's crazy powerful and lots of fun, definetly would recommend trying her!
Also suggestion put up what frame you’re talking about in big letters so I can skim through the long vid and get who you’re referring to quicker.
For newer players showing each tier off to the best of your current builds may help too. Some of these frames may go up in tiers with the right builds and outside the box thinking when you hit that aha moment playing them enough.

Putting Revenant in A is a psychopath choice. Is he boring, sure. But he is literally invincible. He the best weapons platform in the entire game. Your gameplay loop is you press 2. Congrats now you can't be harmed. At all. Oh, you're running out of stacks? Ok. Press 2 again. You can subsume over his 3 or 4 and use roar, xatas whisper, eclipse, or something else if you wanna be goofy. You can use literally whatever you want. Revenant, while yes he is boring, is literally the best frame in the game in terms of survivability.
All i see from this cpmment section is proof that Iflynn needs to hard grind the game again and actually play the characters before making guides or builds
As someone who just came back, even I find these weird. I’m working through all my backlog of content and I’m not sure why he’s putting some of these where they are.
I will say that every tierlist is personal opinion, and I actually agree with Grendel's kit being meh. However Loki is very good for lvl cap content. He is one of the most unkillable frames and can also be fun if you embrace the CC builds with damage decoy and his 4. He has the longest and easiest to activate invisibility and the switch teleport augment is insanely good too. But at the same time I can see why for your average Joe this frame would be forgettable, especially if youre not looking to go past playing starchart and base steel path.
Putting Sevagoth in C tier is a crime

Recently returned to WF and enjoying my time after a long day. Since I only have 3 hours (ish) in the evening to play I just main Excalibur Prime when I’m not grinding ranks for MF levels.

Zephyr in B? Are we playing the same game? Best CC frame that can't be shot, gives every weapon 150%cc and 90% of the game simply just dies to her. Runs on a half eaten donut worth of mods and can destroy steel path with a Fulmin or Tenet Arca Plasmor

Don't go for styanax, he is easily not an S tier frame (unless you really like his theme). There's plenty of other misplacements on this list but that's the biggest one. Iflynn was the one i watched in 2016-17 when i was getting into the game so I'm sure his guides are still really helpful for new players. But he did literally just come back after a 3 year hiatus so i'd take this tier list with a grain of salt.

I agree that Rev also is S tier but Styanax deserves to be in S tier.
He is super strong and has no problems surviving as he has overguard and easy shield gating on top of armor and shield strip, Energy regeneration etc.
Like it seems you dont know anything about Styanax if you dont consider him a easy S Tier.

As a Sevagoth main, this is insulting. He’s amazing for new players with his self-revive ability alone
Sevagoth is a underrated goat, but the problems if you didn't get him from twitch drops or alerts he's impossible to get practically for new or even mid-game players. Maxing him out can be anywhere from 10-15 forma. For a lot of people, just subsuming him and getting Gloom is better for people that get him.
@@theexurian1079 I never had a problem farming him. It’s just from Railjack relic missions, I know most people don’t really care for Railjack but I love the Railjack stuff. And how hard he is to farm has nothing to do with subsuming him, maybe a duplicate copy. My point is he didn’t even mention his self-revive system at all in the video
if u want something amazing for new players and self revive then just take iranos/inaros prime , much more viable and even better in long run
also some frames make MR tests passable for newer players - titania for example, Loki - when new myself some MR tests made me want to stop playing! love your vids, style and takes on things
There is alot of so-so stuff here but the worst offenderes are Hydroid being considered just A at the moment and saying Styanax first ability is useless. Its a vortex ability equal to Larva even, what are you on about lol
I like your videos, but you are way off with Nezha. Hes the middle of A-tier.
And also you dont seem to know what his abilities do. You left out some major mechanics in his base kit.
His 1 does speed you up a bit and you have a trail of fire behind you, but you missed the part where IT CLEANSES YOU AND ALLIES OF STATUS EFFECTS.
His two can be used as a teleport yes, but its main use would be that it debuffs enemies and can MAKE ENEMIES TAKE 200%+ MORE DAMAGE.
His is a scaling ability that leaves you with essentially anywhere 5k to 100k of "overguard".
And his 4 can nuke rooms with an augment. Or its a perfeft subsume slot for any damage buff or armor strip you may need.
Nezha is absolute an A tier probably mid to high. I think one could make an argument for S tier.

Yes - The circuit which is a game mode on a weekly rotation, takes a very long time to complete, and there are ''best choices'' for frames each week. It's not really worth taking into consideration when creating a tier list because what is available when some one plays will differ player to player so the fact a frame is a circuit reward can't really influence ranking.
Plus, how many newer players do you think are willing to invest the time into the circuit or even how many players do you think know that it exists or what you can get from it without being told. These are all things that must be considered.
I agree obtainability shouldn’t count with the circuit and considering you can just buy frames

@@xiFlynn Brother I followed you since 2016-2020 almost and then I fell off from gaming and came back a year ago since duviri and let me tell you this yes circuits are longer but unless you are below MR 10 where you don't know how to bullet jump and hold a gun in wf the normal circuit is 4 hours max and if doing sp I expect you know the game basics especially how now-a-days I encounter noob LR 4 players will take 6-7 hours to max out the circuit for a week..let that sink in you can give 4-5 hours for a game like warframe in a week if not better stay away from any live service game imo

I agree that Octavia is S tier objectively. But shes easily the most boring frame to play, more so than Dagath imo
Grendel in D is so wrong
Neza, protea and Grendel should be a tier up... neza is better and easier to obtain than rino. Grendel is worth the effort even though he is definitely late and protea is really hard to kill as well as really easy dps without needing weapons. Nyx makes sense as c but she has damage invulnerability. Volt is a low lvl nuke amd a boss killer... thats not everything...and zephyr is wildly underrated her nados are a massive damage multiplier and cc. And she is essentially immune to damage as long as you can stay above enemies heads and away from walls(aoe projectiles hitting walls can damage her)
Note: I think this way with the mentioned problems taken into account ie Grendel is A but his difficulty to obtain and replacability drops him to C etc.
Can vaulted frames still be bought from other players? I claimed my saryn prime twitch drop but it didn't show up in game and I was WTS posts for her components on marketplace site.
