      i mean technically, rogan had a rule he didnt want to break, about letting on candidates to speak on his podcast, because he didnt want to influence the already politicized election. but Nicole Shanahan should be the exception to this rule. Plus Bobby and her are MAHA, backing trump, so I think they shouldnt count when it comes to this rule.

    "Paradigm shifting perspective" not only on health, but also on the madness of the Democratic Party joining forces with the Neocons and greedy industries that care deeply about profits and not people. Nicole Shanahan is a person that doesn’t quit. She has persevered with courage and integrity. Let's follow her lead.

    I remember I wouldn't have headaches in the morning but as soon as I put my AirPods in to listen to a podcast or music my head would start hurting. Didn't put it together for a while but I pulled my AirPods out one day and the headache/ear feeling went away almost instantly. Didn't use em for 2 weeks after that and my headaches went away completely. I use AirPods very sparingly now, only when I can't do a cord or speaker.

    I have the perfect test subjects for tanning and ancestral links. I have 4 adult children. 2 are fraternal twin males. The other older 2 males are not. I am 50/50 Irish/ Italian. Their mom Irish/ English. The oldest and youngest twin tan Italian and the middle two burn Irish. The one twin that burns is outgoing and just served 9 months in Saudi Arabia for the National Guard. His shift was overnights nearly the entire time.The tanning twin is an introvert and stays inside sleeping or playing video games. (He works inside.) The two older ones work outside all day, every day. We tease them all about this tanning, burning thing all the time.

    I didn’t want to take the vaccine and I held off as long as I could…then as a respite caregiver I was threatened with losing my job, so I did the Johnson and Johnson. Later in the pandemic and after much world wide research, I was threatened I would lose my job, if I didn’t get a booster . I quit my job, which not only effected my life, my family but also my special needs family.

    Can relate to your child getting ill if he would have eaten commercial food. My friends that owned a health food store back in the late 1970s who had two kids about 3-4 years old that went to a birthday party and had hot dogs and cake and ended up in the emergency room extremely ill because they had only eaten at home everything from their parents health food store. So even then there was junk in food!😱

    I'm 72 and spent most of my life in the sun. Florida growing up and then 15years working outdoors, then 25 years on a sailboat. I hate the sun these days and never go out between the hours of dawn and dusk. I take a vitamin d supplement

    • @olderandwiser127
      @olderandwiser127 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Eat animal fat and you will soon tolerate the sun again. "Vitamin" D is not a vitamin but a pro-hormone and saturated fat is essential for its creation by the body. Plenty of fat and a bit of soon is enough; you need not take toxic supplements (a recent document revealed that excessive D supplementation is harmful to the vascular system, specifically the heart).

    UFF, not Saladino; he's misled people into eating honey and fruit (fructose is very harmful) and too big on selling his supplement line. Please interview Ben Bikman, PhD, or Ken Berry, MD, or Robert Cywes, MD, PhD, or Zoe Harcombe, PhD, or Georgia Edes, PhD. There so many better sources than Paul. Otherwise, I applaud you, Nicole, for your efforts in exposing the fallacy of the dietary guidelines.
