This is brilliantly explained! Thank you so much for your time and effort with this video!
    Really enjoyed it! :)
I’m a 33 year old single mum, going back to education to fulfil my dreams of gaining a place at a university I have wanted to go to for over a decade. I finally got up the courage to apply and got a straight offer :D I just have to pass my current course which entails health studies (something I’ve never done before) so I’m just getting to grips with and your video has helped me towards one of my final assignments which could make all the difference to my overall grade :)
Sorry for the life story but I just wanted you to see how your time and effort has helped someone from across the world and could be a help in changing their lives forever 💖 Keep doing what you’re doing! You’re helping more than you probably know xoxo 😘

Eating 2 fruits a day isn't necessarily "healthy" depending on what fruit you choose.
(If you're like most people, you typically refer to sweet produce as "fruit" and, the rest as "vegetables" even though technically, if it has seeds, it's fruit. All fruit has seeds, vegetables do not.)
So, if what you're eating is sweet, (like what people typically refer to as "fruit") then, you will probably gain weight if you start doing that twice a day because those fruits are very high in sugar (fructose, which is actually worse than sugar) so, unless you NEED to gain weight, I think it's irresponsible to promote that as a "healthy" habit.
