I enjoyed watching, and hearing Matt's thoughts. I will say (imho) I think it weakened the effect to have him shuffle and be able to look at the deck. It changes the effect. It goes from being "how did I name the one and only printed card in a blank deck of cards" to "how did he make the other cards become blank cards". And that, unfortunately, points towards the method, as you can see from Matt's questions.
You're missing the point. Matt is a magician, not a regular spectator. The presentation wasn't given to create entertainment, but to fool a magician and at the same time pick his mind . 🎩 🪄
Loved the performance, but I think having the spectator shuffle the cards initially is superfluous. Matt kept coming back to another deck idea because he had seen the cards as normal when he shuffled them. Shuffling in this case doesn’t add anything because he then thinks of any value, then any suit and you take out four cards. Whether the deck is shuffled or not doesn’t seem important.
I love the Matt Tests! Jamie Grant (Send Wonder bottles and Industrial Revelation trick). He used to do what was called "Magic Friday" and would perform magic at his workplace every week. And there was a guy there "Angry Bob" he would try to fool. If so, it passed the "Angry Bob" test!
Spot on Craig, total real world worker. One of the most delightful tricks created. Dean Dill was masterful and I hope this points the way towards those not in the know discovering his work. 😎
Yes. This goes from a coincidence to a Deck Vanish...so I think you will have to decide...I will start by having them just name any card as per the original idea 💡.
Craig I bought the USa version And had to invent my own method to determine what number each receipt is because i don't know what your explanation is 21 min 30 sec into the inst don't seem to match USA version ??? How do I see those numbers on the USa version
I love how Matt does all kinds of things now to "check" things instead of being a normal spectator but he forgets he did them two seconds after. Like when he took the deck to shuffle it, he flipped it over and spread through the faces but when all the cards are blank at the end he has already forgotten that he looked at them actually having faces and is wondering if the card he picked was a psychological force and that the deck was blank at the beginning.
Craig, the over all effect, Awesome. I do a lot of walk around,... I am on the fence with Dill's "Blizzard" and David Regal's "Alone" which is a similar effect without the need for the 'move'. Anyone have thoughts? Craig, have you thoughts?
I get a kick out of the Matt Test content. He provides a good perspective. FYI , banner at 1:15 was for Blank Thoughts by Card Shark, which is a similar effect but different from Blizzard.

I think Ryan is exactly correct.
I should have read down and saw your comment Ryan. I agree completely.
Nailed it!!!!
Yup. I will stick with Dean’s presentation of this excellent trick!

Yes I believe the spectator actually seeing a full deck at the start takes away from the effect and points to the actual method

You say “Matt had no idea how it was done” but he totally did 😅
Great Video, like it a lot. However, why did you blend it Blank Thoughts by Card Shark in your banner?

I loved Dean's box 2.0
I don’t understand why people need to hint or state the method in the comments. We get it, you’re a genius.
I read the comments to learn the method.
Craig, I'm simply enjoying you messing with Matt😆😅🙈🙈🙉🤯......I know what you did but it's geniius

It was great watching you palm the card in and out. I didn't even catch it the first time. So good!
Craig I bought the USa version

There’s no need to shuffle it. It’s stronger when they didn’t see any off the faces because no you know there’s a deck switch happening.
I freaking love this trick! I got it as soon as I saw it! Love it!
Love it Love it Love It ❤️
Have you tried Twizted by Eric Jones and Dynamo Deck by Richard Osterlind?
Love this trick, spectator never spots the move
A lot of magicians are afraid of the move. I recommend Greg Wilson’s Cold Case to take the heat off ….
Or just a simple home made shell....I already made one
The 6 going was classic 😂
That 6 card palm was absolutely unreal Craig brilliant 🤣🤣🤣
Well done
Going to get it and love matt with his surprise and always fun to watch
I loved the deck switch since you never took the cards out of the deck.
Nicely done, Craig!
Good job making the 6 disappear! 👍
Looks like a certain move is a little out of frame here, I'm assuming intentionally.

Craig, have you thoughts?
I bought this trick from alakazam and it’s far to ballsy for me the move imho is proper dodgy but still looks fantastic 👍🏼
You need to go out and try it. You will be stunned how easy it is.
@@scottpeirce6700 I’ll try it soon gotta practice that move wish the box was cardboard not plastic as the noise is abit suspect aswell
I like this trick
Where did the 6 go? lol

dang it, the intro was too but i managed to edit that bit out post upload, missed this bit too 😭 ~michael
Shows how much you can get away with right under the spectators nose… Which is pretty cool
Matt knows there's another deck, coz when Craig search for the cards he peak at it.
Fantastic trick
Love the misdirection
Well done 👍
Superior version of this trick.
so funny
Nice deck switch;
