QGIS Layout Design - Part 6 QAD Tools

This is Part 6 in a series of 8 videos tutorials that demonstrate how you can use QGIS to create a property development layout.
In this tutorial we use the QGIS Plugin called QAD. QAD tools is a set of useful CAD commands that enhance your ability to create and edit layers in QGIS.

Command: OFFSET
The coordinate reference system of the project must be a projected coordinate system.
