Thank you for sharing this recipe. My mother use to make this all the time when I was a kid. She uses eggs in her recipe, only glutinous flour, hardly any water, and pinch of salt. Sweetness comes from lightly caramelized sugar coating. I will try your version, and I like the addition of ginger juice. 🙂
